The 1-2-1 lessons this week with Ash were amazing. Our daughter really enjoyed the sessions and came on leaps and bounds. We will be continuing with Hydrokidz for sure!

Mis-selling

They knew Reddam House is closed for Easter but still selling the crash course without any notice of cancellation until we arrived school gate on Day 1 of the course.

Hold funds for 3 months without any refund as well.

Was only advised that Reddam House is closed for Easter when we arrived school gate on Day 1 on crash course.

Term break plan completely messed up.

Avoid at all cost.

Lots of one on one which is great and has really helped build his confidence in the water

A truly lovely team of swimming instructors. They are so calm and caring with our son, and always willing to help. We would highly recommend them to family and friends

Taken to my kids here for over a year now. At first they were a bit apprehensive, especially of submerging their whole head, but the instructors reassured them and eased them into it. They love and look forward to swimming now.

Great lessons with excellent teachers. Both boys (age 6 and 3) have loved learning in a friendly and happy environment.

My 6 and 8yo have been learning to swim with Hydro kids for 3 years now and have progressed into very confident and competent swimmers thanks to the coaches they have had. The groups are nice and small which means more focused coaching and support whilst also having fun in the process! They look forward to their lessons each week and we would definitely recommend Hydrokidz!

Our daughter has recently started In the beginners class and has had the absolutely best experience so far, largely in thanks to her instructor, Chikid. She talks about swim lessons and Chikid all week. Her water confidence has excelled and she genuinely loves coming to lessons. Thank you Hydrokidz!

Fantastic and friendly team. My daughter loves her 1:1 sessions! I highly recommend the Old Windsor tram! :)

My son’s confidence has grown dramatically since being at Hydro Kidz Basingstoke @ Cranbourne school. His teacher Marius is very patient with him. He has come on leaps and bounds and enjoys coming every Saturday. Really pleased with his progress and would recommend HydroKidz to anyone

Marius is an extremely patient and consistent teacher, managing the energy of my two boys extremely well, one who was very nervous about getting his face in the water at all and the other whose attention span can be very limited! Both love being in the water now, have great fun on their lessons and have made good progress on this essential life skill as a result. Reuben has also been an excellent lead for the whole pool session at Cranbourne.

My daughter really enjoys her swimming lessons with Hydrokids. The classes are kept small, and the teachers have really pushed her to progress with her swimming. She is now confident in deep water when we go swimming as a family and loves showing us what she has learnt.

Excellent to have small groups. Teachers are very approachable. They make the lessons fun for the kids. Some teachers need a bit more experience to deal with young children.

Both our children joined HydroKidz with little to no swimming experience or confidence in the water. They have done so well since joining and this is credit to their swimming instructors. The team is very friendly and welcoming and great with the children! Their instructors Jasmine and Devon have been fantastic but it’s obvious all the instructors are sharing that same ethos. Very happy with the team and our children’s progress.

The swim teacher has been great, the right mix of encouraging and firm, with a bit of fun thrown in. We were lucky to have a small class size.we highly recommend.

Melanie was very patient from the start. My twins had different needs though both were beginners and she adapted herself to their needs, giving them the space and time to gain in confidence and begin to love the water. Thoroughly recommend Melanie and the intensive 1-2-1 lessons to give children a headstart. My only issue was the on day one the water was cold (26°) due to the heater tripping the night before and there was no apology or heads up about it from the company. It was fixed and from day two it was nice and warm. However no comms which is why this review is 4 stars not 5.

My son is becoming more confident in the water thanks to his lessons with Kelly at hydrokidz at Philip southcote cannot fault Ash and Kelly both very good instructors little set back tonight was resolved by them both professionally and my son is looking forward to getting back to lessons next week.
