It was alright. It wasn’t package up.
The bloke that delivered it was riding on it. I’m not sure if they are allowed to do that!! I am paying good money for this. I have never had nothing of my own before. So I am relaying on this to get me around

Sober came to see my mum today, explained the mobility scooter very well, showing how to fold and use the scooter, my had a test drive which went well, and is now going to talk to the family before making her decision.

Onkar was extremely efficient. He explained everything very well. We are happy with our decision to purchase a Humfree scooter.

Melvin was very helpful, not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time for my wife to try out a couple of scooters. Also i was given good time to practice getting the scooters in and out of our cars which was the main problem as I occasionally have lower back issues

Catherine let us see all the available scooters compatible for my mums needs. She was very informative.
The scooters are all robust and stable for the task intended for.

George was very friendly and polite. He did not pressure us into a sale. His demonstration of the scooter and explanation of how things worked was very good.

Onkar clearly explained the benefits of the lightweight folding scooter
He considered the changing needs of both myself and my husband for convenience and getting it in and out of the car
He is extremely pleasant and we didn’t feel pressured or rushed

An extremely pleasant salesman (George) who was knowledgeable about the products he sells.
He was happy to answer all of my questions with no ducking or diving or dodging the issue and, most importantly, there was no forced up selling !
I'm happy to recommend this company so far - I'll be back to report once I receive the product!

Daisy - our sales rep - was a delight. She was super helpful, approachable and obviously very knowledgeable on the product range. She talked my mum through all the options, without any pressure or forced “sales pitch”. Would definitely recommend.

Whilst I can't comment on the scooter as it hasn't arrived an absolute 5 stars for Ric. So helpful, took his time to explain, provided videos and answered all questions thoroughly. Looking forward to it arriving
