Terrible customer service and dodgy on line process. Made unauthorised deduction from my account for a new Netflix service which I did not sign up for or make any formal agreement to commence. This occurred after cancelling my KAYO subscription with them on line. It’s mind boggling how this could occur but the worst part has been the lack of customer service and inability of staff to provide any assistance to have the matter resolved after contacting same day it occurred then several times since. Quite clearly the attitude is to not provide any resource to investigate & resolve issues, fob off customers with stock emais and hope you go away. It’s only a small amount but in principle now I cannot walk away. F@ck I’m annoyed. Buyer Beware
HUBBL - Possibly the worse appliance I’ve ever bought
I bought two boxes to replace my Telstra TV’s. BIG MISTAKE.
Constant faults and it has to update every second time I turn the box on, that’s if the box doesn’t reset itself back to the original starting screen that in some instances will not leave. I will have to walk away and hope when I try it next time I will actually get to watch something.
Customer service has been awful, overall very disappointing- I’ve ordered fetch boxes, let’s hope they are better!

Terrible customer service. I tried to upgrade my package and their system came up with an error. I provided a option for me to sign up with another email address if they gave me a code, my offer was ignored. I was told to wait 3-5 days. After 5 days and not contact I re contacted them only to be told to wait another 3-5days. Terrible offshore service with zero understanding or accountability for the errors in their system

Hubbl Device works well
I have the Hubbl device. Setting it up took me longer than usual but then all good. The recent outage which also affected channels in the UK was unexpected but I followed the detailed instructions from Hubbl, got my system back and appreciated the $25.00 discount. I find it does everything I want, pity it doesn't include Amazon Prime but I still access it through the Hubbl device. It works just like Telstra TV so I'm happy.
Difficult to cancel
Would prefer to give zero stars. Tried to cancel kayo sports after the afl minor round finished. Thought I did that but they still debited my account for the next month. Tried to get a refund. They emailed saying no refund. But thought cancellation still went thru. No. Debited again on 1 October. Found out still active. Unhelpful. No phone contact. Hope I never have anything to do with Hubbl and kayo again. Dont really need their products.
Update
I have just found an email dated 2 Sept from kayo sports stating they had cancelled my subscription on that day. So that means they told me one thing but did not cancel it. Kayo sports error but blamed me for not cancelling. Can I put a minus 5 stars?
Shocking service and thief's
Shocking service who just take your money even when cancelled a service. Complaining was ignored and I’d steer clear of them. Thief’s and will ruin the streaming partner’s brand reputations if they don’t realise this is happening.

A Netflix subscription was made under my email and card without my consent!
I had previously had a subscription with binge and they used that card information to make a Netflix account under my name!
Once I contacted them they said that change of mind isn’t a reason for a refund, I never made the account it’s not a change of mind!
I then provided proof that this has not only happened to me but multiple other people starting in June which is when mine started and they just responded nope you made it too bad!!
Plus I’ve been in contact with Netflix who said they’ve never received money from Hubbl on my behalf but hubbl refuses to tell me where my $100 went for this “subscription”
I will never ever use hubbl they are scam artist who will steal money from you if you had a previous cancelled subscription with them!!!
Careful with the 3 month Binge offer
Purchased a Hubbl from JB HiFi which was supposed to include 3 month free Binge subscription. Needed advice on where to find the voucher to redeem and contacted Hubbl directly. Sadly no joy and was told to go back to JB HiFi.

How these clowns are still in business in Australia I have no idea? Steer well clear of these clowns! Zero customer service! After the great Hubbl outage here in Australia Hubbl still expected me (the paying customer) to just shut up and go away when my service was unable to be recovered after Hubbl screwed over all there Australian customer's.

After reading the reviews, something that I should have done before purchasing hubbl, I can see now that it is in fact rubbish. Three times within the last hour the show I was watching just stopped and I’ve had to restart. Has happened more than several times and has led me to throw it in the garbage. Telstra TV was better. What a waste of my time and money. Advice: DO NOT GET HUBBL!!!! You will be seriously disappointed and offended that you can get ripped off so easily.

Absolute krap. I watch Kayo sports on the weekends only. 4 weeks since my subscription started. I have spent more time chatting to Hubble restarting it every weekend than actually watching any sport.

If one person has Kayo in there name and another has Binge you cannot have both, Hubbl is locked to one persons name and you cannot add subscriptions from another person, living at the same address, in our case we are a married couple, but as the first names are different from when we signed up we cannot have both subscriptions on one account.
Good Idea, Poor Execution
My wife received a Hubbl box for free due to a promotion they were having ($100AUD normally) and since we had heard good reviews at the time about it we decided to give it a try.
I did have a back and forth with the support about warranty and ownership after the warranty period, and they were forthcoming and prompt.
For the first few months it was an 'ok' experience, not exceptional but not terrible. The interface is unfortunately pretty laggy and it has a massive sound issue that I had to manually fix connecting to budget equipment (had to change to PCM sound as Autodetect didn't work, this would be hard for a non-tech user). The stacking subscriptions idea was interesting but I can barely afford 1 service at a time so i'm certainly not going to be signing up for multiple (only so much time in a day), so I never engaged with that.
20th September: Well this night the device was bricked, and it remained bricked until I bothered to factory reset the device (they said it should be fixed automagically, but it wasn't), this was probably the single most infuriating issue that I have had in a while with a device. Sure we were notified by email which is why I knew what I had to do, but it was a shame that they just brick the device in the first place.
Personally for the exhorbitant price I would definitely go for a Chromecast or Firestick over a Hubbl, if I had paid actual money for this device I would have returned it.
Edit: I forgot to mention there is a critical lack of apps (eg. Spotify) and it makes it very limited in use. Why they didn't opt for Android is beyond me!
Something not right about hubble
Great concept with a lack of polish, I find every time I want to watch FTA tv I need to re-login to that channels account which is annoying, and when scrolling shows and movies it’s just a description. No short mini trailer which always helps, anyway my experience with Hubble so far hasn’t been terrible but just a bit of a meh.
Pay 1 month and get 3 week access to Disney
Do not use Hubbl! I cannot login to Disney plus despite showing paid in my Hubbl account. They escalated it and will be replied to in 3-5 business days which is 1 week. They said I cannot get my 1 week back. So I paid for 1 month to get a 3 week access?! Go straight to the provider!

l could not afford kayo sport any more so l cancelled it, then l find that hubbl had taken $$25 out of my bank, after several too and fro emails they basically said l was lying and would get no refund! DO NOT TRUST HUBBL as in my experience they are no good, they just dont care ........
A disappointment, does not live up to the hype
I purchased the Hubbl device several months ago. The device is limited as it does not have the same functionality of apps (e.g. Kayo, Prime etc) as found on most smart TVs or Apple TV device. Using Hubbl to search for on demand sport is hopeless. Would not recommend purchase. The native apps are better.
Hopeless device
Done software update and now I can't get through the you are connected page. The remote lights up but the hubbl is not responding to the remote.
It is like the remote has unpaired itself but I can get to the settings page to repair it.
I tried pressing 1 & 3 & 7 & 9 buttons but nothing worked.
The support has been hopeless and can understated that everything they said can only be done If the remote is working.
Don't waste your money.
