A very polite gentleman named John turned up with a selection of chairs on his van & he went out of his way to choose the correct chair for my needs.It's not possible to find a better way of purchasing a chair

We booked a demo of our chosen chair and the moment that John walked in he put us at ease he was so calm and friendly we soon felt that we had known him for years. Nothing was a trouble to him we had no feeling of being pushed into a sale. We certainly made him put the chair through its many functions a few times. John was never put out at all and was so kind and patient.

Great experience and brilliant customer service
We were greeted by Luke who made us very welcome with a coffee and biscuits while we tried the recommended chairs. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us in making our choice. He explained everything very clearly and made our purchase of a rise recliner and sofa very easy. A big thank you to Luke for all your help
