I'm a recovering cancer patient and I don't have a debit card, Homeserve gave me a hard time about $25 dollars. I told them that I do have cash, and I would like to tell them that everyone is not the same and don't have the same things find a way to help people who don't have a debit card. Poor communication when closing issue
Homeserv apparently agreed with the appliance repairman to buy out my broken appliance but didn't contact me to tell me it tell me how I was going to receive the buy out money.
