Home serve has help me alot in repairs that i do not have to pay out of pocket cost and i save alot of money on repairs. I just pay monthly for repairs service. The work that homeserve do to repair is great and completed. They would fix any repair that need to be done in your house with a monthly service payment. The Gas Co. confirmed a gas leak and turned off our gas.I had HomeServe gas line coverage and they came out within a few hrs after I called and repaired the problem that day. They were very professional and took care of the dangerous situation promptly. Very thankful I have this coverage!

Contacted HomeServe for annual A/C spring tune up service and received a call back with in less than a minute to schedule a service appointment . The A/C company provided name of technician and timeline .

I called for a fix for our plumbing problem on Saturday. It was a disconnect in our kitchen sink drain...under the house , which means we couldn't use the sink or dishwasher until it was fixed. The plumber came on Tuesday! The plumber was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Home Serve dropped the ball by not communicating with a plumber sooner.. and the plumber they contacted is 60 miles away! We have plenty of local plumbers. I'm sure they could have gotten a local one out Monday.

The company was GPS. They came out and diagnosed the problem got the ok to replace the gas piping in the crawlspace. They finished it in a timely manner and restored our gas on the same day. The technicians were very professional and answered all my questions. Very happy with their work. 5 Stars without a doubt.
