Very good communications. They gave me regular updates, even when we were mostly just waiting for things to happen, made sure I was aware of costs and when the payments would be due, and when there was likely to be a pause. When something went wrong and a document was lost in the post they helped to sort everything out.

We extended our lease with Lambeth this year and Homehold were recommended by someone on the Lambeth Leasehold Forum.
They are extremely helpful, signposting what costs are involved & a likely timetable. We dealt mainly with Dale, who was very efficient & patient - even when we had a 4 month pause while we dealt with an unrelated ownership issue. We felt we were in very safe hands, guiding us through the complications of negotiating with Lambeth with an excellent level of clear communication throughout.

My case was not complicated . However I needed to change the name on the new lease document to my married name. It involved going back to the other side's solicitors. This was carried out swiftly by LLS and I really appreciated the extra effort they took to do this as I was unsure if I would make the deadline.

I think my case was quite straightforward but these folks were so great. The process was very easy and carefree. Homehold and LLS manages all the steps, explaining what each step means and what is the next one. There is no back and forth phone calls, contacting with third parties etc. Even during the waiting period for the other part's action, they sent weekly updates to let me know it was still going.

Linz, and the entire Homehold team were brilliant at explaining the process, and terms I didn't understand. They also flagged when to pause on the lesase extension due to an error in the lease law which meant renewing your lease would mean loosing your building protection rights, and wait until that law was fixed. Extremely happy with the service and would 100% reccomend them to anyone looking to extend their lease.
