Hello, it's me again. I've had an email saying they take the £150 as its a contractual cancellation fee.
They charged me for not providing them with a recent water bill aswell?
I spoke with the local water authority whilst having to sort my own bills out because I was in arrears because homebox hadn't paid the bill. The water authority informed me I wouldn't of received one due to homebox taking responsibility for the bills. What a joke.
I had to pay the electric myself which was in arrears also, even though homebox had taken £254.
Homebox said it takes a while to sort out? Cancelled the account a month ago. Got message from octopus saying sorry to hear your leaving today. Rang them, appears someone has contacted them to take over my account. Guess who?? Homebox!!
Take my advice, it takes minutes to set up an account with your suppliers using their apps, and seconds to pay your bills. Don't give your money to this company. When your desatified with their service, what service!! They'll rob you of £150 to cancel. It's criminal really. What a joke of a service, with emails saying we're here to help! They could help by keeping to their side of the contract. Which they didn't! Either way they'll take your money for doing nothing.

Don’t use this company I have had to spend money to take them to court , Solicitors’s have sent letter which stating they still not received, but tracking says otherwise . They take your money don’t pay the bills in full. I have gone through the correct channels with complaints procedure which they not responded to. I hope the get the floor wiped with them as fast approaching the date .

Who has been monitoring my account and ensuring the system is reading things correctly when uploaded and generating accurate records of usage and bill payment required. Her professional and helpful attitude is priceless and I very much appreciate her support. I can not thank her enough.
Tasmin was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve matters very quickly for me. She was able to look into alternative options in terms of my bills and was very thorough about what Homebox are able to realistically do and how they could help. It made me feel incredibly optimistic and relieved when the matter was resolved .

Why did I get no explanation on why you must debit £200+ in july.
I cannot agree with this.
I offered to give a reading but no.plus you should work with aspire and ask for the move in reading or take it from me.
I also said e on energy is cheaper but you insist on your own WHY?. Its Your job to get a deal
