DO NOT USE fraudulent leads that go no where I asked to put in a formal complaint regarding their so called trust and quality team and got band the same day by the guy I was complaining about there is some much wrong with this company I don’t know where to start leads are meant to go to three people I constantly heard from customers they where getting 6/7 calls only out to make them selves rich what a joke

I posted a job on hipages and got a contact within an hour. The person was great, spent time talking about it and was able to arrange a time that is very convenient for me. The person really knows his stuff, offered some advice and made every effort to meet all my needs.

Hipages good but accountability should be improved. So many Trades send separate text asking details. So, try to communicate only via hipages. If you have bathroom job, try to find someone who can do tiling, shower screens etc otherwise glaziers would say wall tiling not straight etc.
When you purchase shower screens ensure someone is available to fix otherwise no one will be available to fix others products & so many rejects.

I put ad up to get house pressure washed
Within minutes I had 3 calls & decided on one . Locked it in and a few days later job was done - more than happy

Hipages allowed nearby tradies to select their next job saving time and fees after a storm emergency.

I had holes in my tile roof that needed to be repaired before the next day's thunderstorm, and hipages facilitated a timely and cost effective repair with no frustrating calls to tradies who were fully booked or not nearby.

I think it's a great platform!

I have been using hipages both in Melbourne and in Queensland where I have investment properties and have undergone many works including major renovations. I have found that this is the best place to obtain qualified tradesmen in a very short time and have been able to carry out works in a timely, efficient way with competitive pricing. I have used them for several years now and would not undertake any works without referring to hipages first. Thoroughly recommend their services. Keep up the good work!! Have saved me alot of money and time.

I contacted Hipages to get a tradesman to replace cracked timber on a gate, fix a shed and attach awnings I had purchased. The company name is FORAD HOLDINGS, and the builder is Dean Roth. He didn’t complete any of the jobs and was extremely volatile. He attached two awnings using the enclosed brackets, but the 3rd he simply used cheap metal hooks instead of the brackets. When I contacted him I received a text saying they are in the bin. I was going to get them out and pay someone else to do it, due to fear of this man. It transpired that he was referring to "his" bin, not mine. I waited, as encouraged by David from Hipages, for him to recover from a surgical procedure. Dean sent a text saying he was going to fix it. He never called, and when I spoke with David from Hipages he claimed he would stop him from advertising until the work was completed. Dean arrived, and the gate that was not usable -instead of replacing the cracked timber, he simply placed the latch higher. Nothing else was fixed either! I sent Hipages several photos showing he hadn’t done what he was paid to do, and showing the cracked timber, but received a notice back from David, saying Dean Roth had told them he completed the work! They disregarded all of the photographic evidence to disprove this, and then told me to take it to the QBCC if I wasn’t happy. An utter disgrace! They could clearly see the missing brackets, and everything else not completed, but weren’t interested in stopping this builder from advertising with them. Hipages don’t care about the customers, they only care about the money the companies pay them for work. Don’t trust this builder’s company:FORAD HOLDINGS. And, don’t trust Hipages when they assure you they will not allow the company to advertise until the work paid for is completed!

They promised amazing leads and lots of them to upsell me a higher subscription but all leads were absolute rubbish and now locked in for 6 months.

Dont fall for their scamming sales pitch.

If you work with your profile and you choose carefully the area and the types of jobs you do, there is a very good return on investment with HiPages.
