PUNJAB carpentry & constructions worked non stop. They worked under extreme heat and kept working. The decking looks terrific and the framework you could seen done extremely high standards. Very pleased ..good teamwork. Love colour and design too

I have used hipages on several occasions and find that i always get a tradesperson of high quality. The responses are quick and you are able to choose from the 3 tradies that respond.

Dennis did a gret job of our driveway trip hazard and a reasonable cost

I requested a tree branch cutting service. I did only receive one quotation via HiPages instead of three, but the service of the company which responded was efficient and came at a reasonable price.

It kept the yard tidy; took the construction waste to the tip. We are completely satisfied with the construction and recommend the contractor for timber fence construction or similar outdoor

I have used "hipages" twice now. On both occasions the tradespeople who's quote I accepted were professional and reasonably priced. Both jobs, the removal and replacement of a post and rail fence and the removal and replacement of wooden deck stairs were completed promptly and to my satisfaction.

They make a very big effort to find tradesmen(people) and communicate well.

Max from HMK Facades contacted me after the initial notification from Hipages and we discussed the job. He promptly sent a quote. I believed this was fair and just and agreed to employ his services. The job entailed the repainting of a corrugated iron roof and gable ends of the roof. He arrived to the minute of when he said he would be starting, carried out each part of the painting process with skill and precision, using the best quality products available. The finish was excellent, the job an outstanding success. Max was amiable, accommodating and thoroughly professional and I couldn't rate him higher.

I got call straight away withina 5 minutes from different tradies and got quotes. The job was done in few days.

I’m a retired builder so I had my own trades.
When I retired they all went their different ways so I didn’t know where to start when I wanted to change my instantaneous natural gas HWS to an electric HWS Hooked up to my new solar system.
I was watching The Block on TV and noticed that they used Hipages to source their trades. So I gave it a try. Let me tell you it was so easy and very enlightening experience. I got prices from
$3700 to $5400 and I got one price that I sourced
From my local plumber on google for$9350.
Needless to say my effort at getting a quote fell way short of your prices. And I’m an expert.
So it’s a 10 out of 10 and a Hi5 for Hipages

I have been sourcing tradespeople through this site for several years and have never been disappointed with the response.

Our business has experienced a prolonged and unacceptable dispute with HiPages regarding delayed lead delivery, unfair lead allocation, and ongoing billing despite repeated formal complaints.

On 27 October at 10:49am, I lodged our initial written complaint with our then account manager, Andrew Nguyen, raising serious concerns that leads were being delivered to our business significantly later than other companies. In multiple cases, we contacted customers within seconds of receiving notifications, only to be told they had already engaged another tradesperson, clearly indicating that other businesses were receiving leads ahead of us. This resulted in direct loss of work and demonstrated that the service was not fit for purpose.

Following this, I sent multiple follow-up emails, requesting written explanations, resolution, and corrective action. Despite these repeated attempts, no written response was ever provided addressing any of the issues raised.

When I attempted to resolve the matter by phone, I was advised that our account manager had changed (Andrew Nguyen was no longer assigned), and that our new account manager, Tom, was unavailable due to leave. I was further told that no one else in the company had authority to action our requests, and that we would simply have to “wait.” This was after the matter had already been ongoing for months.

Throughout this period, billing continued, despite HiPages being formally notified that their services were not meeting what we were paying for.

We repeatedly requested:
Cancellation of our paid membership,
Downgrade to the free tier,
Closure of our account, and
Refund of all charges taken since 27 October due to service failure and unfair practices.

None of these requests were actioned, nor were they meaningfully addressed in writing.

HiPages’ failure to provide timely leads, the apparent unjust bias in lead allocation, the absence of any written response to formal complaints, and the continuation of billing despite dispute demonstrate a serious lack of accountability and customer care. These actions raise significant concerns under the Australian Consumer Law, which requires services to be provided with due care and skill, to be fit for purpose, and not to mislead consumers.

We are appalled by the complete lack of transparency, communication, and responsibility shown by HiPages. Despite being consistent, professional, and persistent in seeking answers, we were met with silence, deflection, and an apparent inability within the organisation to take ownership of the issue.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend HiPages to other businesses seeking fair lead distribution, reliable service delivery, or responsive customer support.
