Excellant service
I was blown away with the excellent service I received when I ordered my hot water dispenser. I discovered I had made a mistake with my address, rang and was attended to by a really nice guy who fixed it straight away for me, no problem at all. Then to my amazement the product arrived the next day less than 24 hours after I had ordered it. Real great service. However I did have a problem with the dispenser having a really horrible plastic taste. It took me 2 weeks of trying every advice I could find to get rid of it. Finally I have won but I have dispensed so much water thru the machine I feel I have probably used half of its life already. My husband who has rheumatoid arthritis is very pleased as it is so easy for him to use compared to the kettle. I too enjoy having hot water on tap for coffee etc.

I didn't like the fact that after cutting 2 small tomatoes the knife was blunt, I complained & was told to use the knife sharpener & see if it's okay if not I could ring back again & arrange return/refund

The water task has a terrible taste and no amount of clean and running gallons of water through has removed it. The bad taste remains and the instant hot water dispenser is now a white elephant taking up bench space and probably soon to go in the bin
