I have purchased the LED mask, the serum, dry brush, and the large PEMF mat. I have loved all of their products. Even when I've had questions or problems, the higherdose team has been super quick to respond and fix the problem. That alone made me have great trust with the company. The PEMF mat is a daily must have for our family. Many of our friends/family have also purchased it for their households. The LED face mask is my number one go to for my anti aging routine. My skin is much more plump, the texture is amazing, and I’ve seen differences in skin tightening and wrinkle reducing. Looking forward to purchasing their LED hat next for hair growth. This company has great ingenuity and their products have been so amazing!!

Love the dry brush with copper and the oxytocin oil. Just wish they were a bit less expensive.

Due to the poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again. I had to email 3 times about the missing pieces to my so called bundle. I has emails stating what was in my delivery. So i sent those screenshots and they claimed the missing pieces were still coming. When they didn't i emailed again. THEY then claimed my pieces were not apart of my bundle. When I had screenshot to prove it was. I did a price comparison of breaking the bundle apart with their current sale they had during my purchase to see which was a better deal. Poor customer service lead to me not even using my product besides the day I received the blanket. A waste of over 750.00 stay away from this company. Also it's strange that you can't directly post a review on their site so it shows they are a 5 star which they are not ok at their BBB complaints.

After chemo only 60% of my hair grew back. I thought this was going to be my new normal until I tried the higher dose hat. After 3 weeks of use, I went to my air stylist for a hair cut. She didn't know anything about my using the hat and she said "you have hundreds of baby hairs growing. That is when I told her what I was using. I now look like she cut bangs for me. That is how much hair is coming in.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with customer service a few times for issues with my mask. These people know how to treat customers. They're nice, professional and understanding, and they replace the item straight away and incredibly quickly a. I'll be a customer for life ❣️

Quality products, great customer service.

I bought a sauna blanket as part of a bundle.

Their advertisement showed a carrying case along side the blanket of slightly larger width.

What arrived was a carrying case fully eight inches narrower than the Blanket

I live in a small space so rely on being able to put this product away between uses. What I have now is a large device that dominates my living space, and was NOT what was shown in their advertisements during purchase.

Their support on weekend is absurd. Their Chat is an AI program that keeps sending me to a live representative, than telling me there are none available at this time. It asks if I want to leave a message, then sends me back through the same cycle trying to connect me to a live person, telling me there is none available.

Looking at the other reviews here, I'm now quite concerned about the product.

The controller on my mat fail and I have not been able to get any resolution or response from customer support.

I did not see these reviews before I purchased.

No response after almost 6 months trying to contact them.

I was really looking forward to tying this product. I had only recently started using the mask when the connection from the mask to the battery was causing my mask to flicker. I reached out to customer service but never heard back. Now my battery is not staying charged. Wow! What’s waste of money! On top of this they send daily advertisements to my email box so I finally had to unsubscribe. I’m quite unimpressed with the company and very disappointed with this product. I had high hopes for it. I just think the company is not a very good company even though some of their products may work. They have a lot of improvements they need to make in order for their customers to be happy.
One other note, you can call me a prude if you like, but I hate their sexual ads. Quality products don’t need sex in order to sell. I recommend others try Omni luxe the other company I bought from. They have answered my questions and even sent me an extra strap for my mask free. Their customer service is excellent and their product is high-quality. I recommend everybody go over there and shop from their store.

The mask are cheaply made, the cord shorts out in a short amount of time! Do not buy!!!!

Product is now broken after a few months and they don't respond to emails. Cost a lot of money and there is no way to get any help. No one to talk to.

The very expensive face mask stopped working with very few uses. Customer service responded and told me “looks like you have faulty wiring” but that they were sorry because it was no longer under warranty. They then offered 40% a new one. Why on earth would I buy from them again. I really liked the story of the company and wanted to support a women owned business. But this is the worst customer service!!

Higherdose red light mask stopped working after 6 months and if you try to contact them they ignore you. They likely wait until after your warranty expires and then say they can't do anything. Absolutely disgusting.

This expensive product failed in little over a year. The first words from their support team was to remind me of the warranty when I was only asking about replacement parts. I ordered a replacement controller for the Mat for $60 and that doesn’t restore the pemf function. When I inquired again I was curtly reminded of the warranty period and was blown off. No response in spite of my multiple inquiries. It seems to me they have a quality issue and they want to limit their losses. To have a $600 Device fail so soon is unacceptable and borders on fraud. I warn all to check the warranty on any device you buy and steer clear of this brand. There’s lots of competition out there and this level of quality and support is unacceptable

This company has absolutely terrible customer service! I have tried 4 times to reach out and ask a question about a product I bought. I received only one response, which did not answer my question. I am now asking how to return an item and am not hearing a thing. I believe they are just running out the clock until I am past the return period. I would not deal with this company again.

Due to heavy use, the first mask I purchased from higherdose broke due to suspected "faulty wiring" after only three months. However customer service was quick to respond and they just sent me a replacement free of charge.

My girlfriend bought a RED LIGHT FACE MASK, and it burned her cheeks and forehead after her 2. use. She did get the money back but no other compensation was made regarding her case. And dont get me started on the time it took to get the money back.

Had some issues with my device but the company is giving me a refund. customer service is fast and friendly.

I ordered a very large bundle. Receive no order verification email, but did receive two emails, talking about their products and founder. Noticed that credit card was charged. Reached out to company a week after I ordered to check on order. Asked it to be delivered within 1 week or to cancel my order, as we were going out of town for 10 days. Order was never cancelled. Got email stating order was shipped and to arrive when we were going to be gone. Order was then finally rerouted back to shipping facility. But, two parts of the order were still shipped, days after I canceled the order. Customer service chat is available. No phone number or email readily available. I can't state whether product is good or not. My experience just with ordering was unsatisfactory. I am thankful that I cancelled the order. I can only imagine what the customer service is like if you have an issue with the product. Good Luck.
