My cord broke and their customer service team was so helpful and understanding! Minus 1 star because I feel like it should last longer than a year but otherwise LOVE the brand!

I've been a customer for over four years and I generally like the infrared mat, but it got ripped, and I asked for a replacement. They instead told me to buy another one for a discounted rate. I don't think this is a place that values its customers.

first of all, lying for a length of time on a hard, rippled mat is very uncomfortable. As far as the heat, I had it on a lower setting and it still felt too hot, another disappointment.
In terms of helping me, I do feel a tingling and also a calmness.

I have bought a few products from Higherdose, and I really love them all. I got the Sauna blanket, which is my favorite, so much that I gave it to my Mom, and I am getting another one. I think that's the reason why I got 4 year younger in 4 months, I was using the sauna almost every day, also my PCR lowered. The mask is a game changer, always that you are constant with it, and The PEMF mat is great any time of the day, depending on your needs.

I have purchased two of the infrared sauna blankets keeping one for myself and gifting. One to my daughter. She has the red light facial mask and absolutely loves it. The infrared sauna blanket is amazing for inflammation body aches, relaxation anxiety just over overall wellness. It’s amazing. I had some concerns and issues with my second blanket That were immediately addressed and a replacement blanket sent out at no cost. This company is amazing with their products and their customer service they stand behind what they sell, and in this day and age that is unheard of, they immediately responded to my concerns on my second purchase of my infrared sauna blanket, which if you’ve purchased one of these items, you know it’s an investment in your health. I highly recommend this company and their products and their customer service is amazing

Bought a Pemf mat last year and have loved it. Used it pretty much everyday. Just a week or two ago, the controller stopped working and I immediately panicked a little and messaged higher dose. Not only did they offer to inspect my current mat but their customer service is superb and they are making it right by sending another controller/or may replacement. That’s something many companies wouldn’t do!

Love my mat! I use it daily for about an hour and have gotten great results with lower back pain. I know far infrared works and have other far infrared blankets. Have gotten good results from them but never this good so I think it must be the PEMF in this mat or the combo. I’d buy another one if this one broke down. That’s how much I’d recommend it.

Very impressed by the quick and efficient customer service. My mask stopped working, they had me send a video showing how the mask wasn’t working and they immediately sent out a new battery (which solved the problem!).

I had run into an issue with my blanket and the Customer service was more than I could have expected. They were prompt, and took care of the situation very well.

I have both a face mask and sauna blanket. I love both of them! I had a issue with the mask (it was out of warranty) and HigherDose customer service jumped in and was able to correct the problem. I love my higher dose mask so much, and I was bummed when it broke on me recently. To be honest, I am not one to write reviews much but the team at HigherDOSE was so responsive and quick to get me a replacement that I just had to give them a shout out! It is wonderful and these days rare to deal with a reputable company who cares about their customers, gives fantastic customer service, and stands behind their products. I purchased the red light hat and had an issue with some of the lights, they provided a prepaid label so I could return the hat for repair. They ended up sending a new hat. There’s so many companies out there in the red light arena that I’ve had horrible experiences. You will not be disappointed purchasing from Higherdose.

Had a problem initially with my higherdose mat. The company took care it . Very good customer service. I was happy . I also tried the serotonin soak for the bath . It was so calming . I really loved it . I have tried many bath soaks and this one was the best I ever tried .
