HigherDose has amazing products! I got the red light therapy mask which helps with puffiness, fine lines, wrinkles, and dark circles. The first time I used it I was amazed that the results were instant my face was glowing. I also got the magnesium spray for an old sports injury and as soon as I put it on and rub it in not even 2 minutes late I am paying free.

I placed my order for a HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket at the end of September and have still not received it (mid October). After several delays and vague responses from customer support, the shipment was returned because the customs documentation was incomplete. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises of a re-shipment, I haven’t received any update for weeks. I’m usually very patient, but this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable.

I have had nothing but great experiences with my HigherDose products. My first purchase was the PEMF mat several years ago, and it is a family favorite. I’ve been using the microcurrent body sculptor recently, and I really like it so far. I highly recommend anything by the company!

The red light mask is a terrible product. The design of the mask is wrong and always leaves a big scarf on the area of nose and lips. Please don't waste your money on that. In my opinion the company shouldn't sell this product. It's a lack of respect for their clients

I purchased the sauna blanket kit(including the blanket, insert, carrying bag, etc) in 2023 for Christmas, total cost was near $900. It worked great for ~10 months, then stopped heating. Customer service replaced the controller, didn't help. Had me send it back for a replacement. However, that cost me $40 in just packaging since it was very large, that they did not cover. I got the replacement, which again worked great for a little over a year before that controller went out. They replaced that but it didn't fix the issue. They tell me now my "free replacements" have run out and it is out of warranty. I understand they have to have a line, but neither product has worked for more than a year without issues and for almost a thousand dollars, that should not be acceptable. I would never purchase anything from this company again, it's not worth the risk or hassle even when it is under their limited warranty.

Ordered over a week ago. No sign of the product or any updates on shipping. Customer service are sending copy and paste responses with no commitment to when the item will be sent.

The battery pack for the Red Light cap became faulty and a replacement was sent on the next day I raised the query.

Customer service is excellent. Regarding the cap it is expensive at over £400 but is so convenient to use.
It is priced not too disimilar to the hand held Hairmax laser (they sell caps for £1k for the cheaper one!) Red Light is safer and just as effective as laser treatment.

There has been a slightly noticeable improvement in my hair but it has only been 2 months and it takes a while for results.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with HigherDOSE. I placed my order on July 9th, and more than a month later it still hasn’t shipped. Throughout this time, customer support kept sending me vague, template-style responses with no concrete shipping date. Every time I asked for a real update, I just got generic apologies and promises that my order would ship “soon.”

This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive purchase. Instead of providing clear and honest communication, they kept delaying with empty reassurances. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company – the lack of transparency and reliability is very frustrating.
