very good service, fast delivery, premium products overall

Such a pathetic service. Delivery will take ages. If you want to have ur product by today u shud have ordered it atleast last by may. There is no way we can talk to a representative of hibobi. They have this nonsense watsapp support which is automated and obviously of no use. I ordered my products on 1st of july. Until now it is in transit. Such a nonsense app and service. Really pathetic.

J ai passé une commande dans l application hibobi, le montant a été levé de mon compte banquaire sans que la commande n a pas été validé. Quand j ai contacté mon banque l'agent m a confirmé que le montant était bloqué en premier lieu après il est passé au compte de hibobi est jusqu à maintemant j ai pas remborsé de votre part.
J ai contacté le service technique de hibobi via whatsapp mais ils n ont pas resolu le problème.
Que puis je faire dans ce cas

Dire che sono delusa è poco, infatti sono schifata. 25 giorni tra la data dell'ordine e quella di consegna e quando finalmente è arrivato il pacco c'era da mettersi le mani nei capelli. 3 vestiti che sarebbero dovuti essere della stessa taglia, con 3 vestibilità: 1 minuscolo che veste come una canottiera e 2 giganti. 2 sandali, entrambi troppo grandi rispetto al numero dichiarato... e in più uno ha la fascia che cinge le dita talmente stretta che è impossibile farci passare qualsiasi piedino. Non parliamo della qualità... davvero scarsa, scarsa, scarsa. Il reso è a carico dell'acquirente e per rispedire con poste italiane si paga una tariffa di 26 euro... non ne vale la pena. Ho buttato 46 euro insomma. E ovviamente sono furiosa. Se stavate pensando di acquistare da loro, fatevi un favore: cambiate idea e anche alla svelta!

The clothing has big differences with the pictures, especially the color. So when I received the products I was disappointed.

I orderd two orders and for too much time is preparing not shipped
And the other problem is the payment
The application refused the card and give me failed payment and i don't know why
I sent on whatsapp too much but no answer !!

Quality and colours were good as I expected.size was bit big but I m happy with deal I got from the company.customer service was excellent.I ll really want to buy more.

Really bad communication. You can't seem to reach an actual person.
They sent an email with the tracking number and courier info but when I check it says that the tracking number does not exist. When you try to get customer service you are sent to a whatsapp number and automated responses are sent. Getting frustrated.

They have horrible communication service, and I have been waiting for almost a month for my packages and no one can tell me where they are. I spent a lot of money with them never again and I will let the whole world know.

Worst app and worst customer service they just take prepaid order and don't deliver until 20 days with no response no msg no call nothing worst worst worst don't order att all I did not receive my until now

Recieved my parcel today
Love all the clothes
Quality is good
It took some time to deliver but I am happy they sent it
