I have booked a huge order of £211 at Wednesday. But I haven't received any email for confirmation like I am receiving from when I order from shein and patpat . I am bit worried about it hope its not a scam .my baby is due in mid of march. Can you tell me when my order will be delivered. My order id is 1818353635319843969.

Bonjour, j’aimerais avoir le numero du service client je n’ai toujours pas recu ma comande.

J’ai passer une premier commande qui c’est « bien déroulé «  j’ai reçu une paire sur 2, qui pour moi la qualité prix fallait la peine alors j’ai repasser commande le mois dernier ( 5 paire) aucune n’étais la bonne taille j’ai reçu du 24 alors que j’avais commander du 26, j’ai contacter le service après vente, il m’on annoncer que les retours été trop coûteux et qu’il été préférable que je garde les chaussures et qu’il m’offrait 15% de réduction sur ma prochaine commande ´! Il ont osé me dire que la taille 24 chinois été l’équivalent à 26 en EU, ce qui es faux vu quand j’achète le produit on me propose en taille EU !! Cet site et une ÉNORME ARNAQUE je ne vais pas en rester là! D’ailleurs petit conseil au gens qui se font arnaquer!!! CONTACTER 60 millions de consommateurs!! Et n’hésiter à déposer plainte pour arnaque! C'est une honte!!!

like a 1 month ago i bought a some clothes here in this app, and i never receive my package and items, i contact to customer service but they said its my fault for not put the number apartment but the carrier never put some note in the builthing or notificacion to me, i contact to the carrier but they said i need to contact to hibobi company to do something but Hibobi company send me back to the company carrier i went to the place of carrier but they not have nothing, in the final of the story i lost $45 dollars just for not give my apartment number, and the company of hibobi no has responsibility or some security for the items they send, if something happen with the package they not going to be responsibility for something lost.

I have recently placed my order & by mistake ordered two items twice.After that I contacted customer service through mail whatsapp calls and messages to modify my order but I didn't get any reply yet.Customer service is really poor.
Before when I ordered it took too much time in delivering my order.

I Hope this company is not a scam I order 5 outfits today for my 1 yr old son and after purchasing my products I received 3 emails from Hibobi and the last one stated that my order has shipped and they provided my order and tracking number with a link that is supposed to allow me to track my order however it keep saying there are no logistic order to track so I reach out to the merchant by email cause the number they provided is an international number that can not be reached. So when I emailed them telling them the issues they instantly replied stating to contact them on WhatsApp an app I don’t have and I replied explaining that to them but no response so I went ahead and downloaded the app to found out the merchant is not connected with WhatsApp with the number they provided so I continued to reply and send multiple messages via email and still no reply smh so now I’m checking comments and reviews and I did see some disappointed customers stating that they either haven’t received their order in reasonable timing or they are requesting to return the product and get a full refund do to the items they purchase not being the same material or style from what they seen on the website. Can someone please let me know if this company is legit cause I’m really praying it’s not a scam cause I don’t want to have to go through a claim with my bank just to get my money back.

I have two outstanding orders. I have emailed messages, every couple of days and had absolutely NOTHING back in the form of an answer !
I give this company ONE STAR. That’s for good advertising.

Not happy with customer service and clothes. Received big order from hiboby, 2 sets covered with stains! I contacted customer service, but they never responded back. What I also didn't like - all fabric labels outside in stem, not inside - very ugly. One set was very cute, but the rest much much better on their site on photos, then in reality. 1 set ( shirt and shorts size 18-24 months), shorts ok, true to size, but shirt will fit 5-6 years old child. It suppose to be a set. Label on shirt was 18-24 months. Clothes quality and fabric type - 2 starts out of 5. Customer service 0 start out of 5. Total 1 star. Deleting app and will never buy again from them.

I ordered during their Anniversar sale August 15. Payment has been made via credit card. I was charged ,but my order was cancelled by them. I emailed and sent messages on whatsapp but no response.

Hibobi is a Chinese copycat of the Swedish brand Mini Rodini. Hibobi has poor quality and fitment. Products are not friendly in the machine washer nor dryer.

The clothing has big differences with the pictures, especially the color. So when I received the products I was disappointed.no reply from you. how can I refund?If you are not willing to refund , I will degrade your site. 😡😡

Am doing first time order through their application.. anyone can suggest it will be worth fir the money. Am from UAE
