Our purpose is 'Working together for a cleaner, safer, and more sustainable environment'. Through our website you can search for approved and registered installers, chimney sweeps, retailers, servicing technicians and products ranging from stoves through to biomass boilers. HETAS operates it’s competent person scheme under authorisation from The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and overseen by The United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) under the certification standard BSENISO 17065:2012. I cannot praise HETAS enough
I cannot praise HETAS enough. The team, specifically Tracy helped us very quickly with a bad log burner installation on the property we were buying.
The invaluable advise they gave us helped to resolve this issue and we have now rectified the installation problem.

Query resolved within ten minutes
Emailed via the contact form with an enquiry about ordering a replacement certificate - Jay replied within a couple of minutes and five minutes after my initial message was sent my query was resolved. Ten minutes later the replacement certificate arrived. Faultless service!

Izzie was a great help in my query regarding my inspection results.. and confirmed my registration reinstatement from a previous error on my inspection.
A sympathetic response was very welcome from Izzie on the inspections team.. made a stressful month a little easier to digest.

Great customer service
Abbey was professional, polite and couldn't have been more helpful. Everything she said she would look into for me was resolved straight away. I wish every customer experience was like this, genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service from a company representative.

I hadn’t received my certificate from HETAS. I emailed them on 2/12/24 and the certificate arrived on the 3/12/24. Very pleased with the response I received from them. I would give them 5*. Fantastic service.
