We ordered 3 dresses and were prepared to take the 15% hit on returning them. They were really lovely dresses, but none of them were right for my daughter.
We 'eventually' got return instructions and followed them to the letter - for return to China!
The tracking reported that they were received a month ago.
We've not yet received the refund despite numerous detailed emails.
(Happy to update this review if we ever get a refund)
**Update. Full refund finally received after weeks of contacting the staff via the chat facility and emails.

After reading a whole lot of negative reviews, I was very skeptical & almost panicked about my purchase. After a week of not getting a shipping confirmation, I reached out & was surprised to get a response back with tracking. According to ALL reviews I read, you’ll never get a response. Dress came today, exactly 2 weeks from date of purchase & I am obsessed! The pics truly didn’t do it justice. The dress is beautiful & made of quality material. Fits very TTS & I am one happy customer. 5 ⭐️, Hellymoon! Thank you.

The day I received my delivery, I contacted them to advise the item was not suitable and requested to return the item for a refund; as per their refund policy. Helly Moon responded by asking for photos of the items, which I sent immediately; Helly Moon responded again by sending a link to the refund policy and offering me a 10% discount to keep the items. I maintained I wished to return for a refund, they then ignored my messages. I messaged them via their live chat and repeated my request numerous times, for them to just keep ignoring me. Being tenacious, I left the Live Chat open and kept requesting they respond. After 2-3 days, they did!!! After lots of repetition and a very frustrating few days, they finally gave me an address to return the items to. In Texas!! (I am in the UK)
It cost me over £20 to return the items, but I did a week or so later receive an email refund notification – but not for the full amount. I am currently disputing this partial refund.
You will notice the reviews are their website are all written by 1 or 2 people, so I would suggest they are writing their own false reviews. My negative review did not get posted!
I cannot emphasise enough the dreadful experience I have had with this company and strongly advise against purchasing through this company.
If you are experiencing problems, I recommend you contact them via their Live Chat and stay online permanently until you receive the response you deserve. Back up your conversations and tell them you are emailing them with a copy of the dialogue for the purpose of audit trail. Good luck!

Like others, we had issues with the dress, attempted to reach out the day we received it, as to comply with the 7 day return policy. We’re 14 days and 6 emails in and no response yet.

I order a dress on 3/17 and expedited the shipping and have yet to receive the order. The event was this past Saturday. We had to order from another site and overnight the dress. I haven't had any success in canceling the order. This is ridiculous!

SCAM. They already deleted my first review and will delete this one as well so hopefully I can save someone from sending this company $$ before my review disappears AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It took almost 2 full months to receive the dress. I tried to cancel the order after the first 5 weeks and they would not let me. Now I have the poor quality dress and they will not send me a return shipping label to get my refund. In fact, they stopped emailing all together. This website says items can be returned. I am well within the 7 days they require, and still, no return label and no refund. It is 4/7/24 and this all started on 1/31/24. Please, PLEASE do not spend your hard earned money here. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I tried to send the dress back and no contact. I had the dress 7 days before I contacted them. The dress was pretty, but the size was smaller than the measurements they indicated and did not fit. Material wasn’t as good a quality as I would expect for the price. Also I had to contact them after not hearing from them for 2 months about delivery then they said it shipped & it took 2 1/2 weeks for shipping.

If i could rate it a 0, I would but I can't. Customer service is literally non-existent! Don't even bother emailing them because they won't answer.
I bought a dress at the website then decided to change my mind, so I went ahead and went through their cancellation policy but never heard a response.
I'll see in a couple of days if they respond but as of right now, there is no reply back.

Received a dress that was much smaller than the sizing chart. NO customer service. Received an e-mail back days later asking for pictures. Sent those and no response again. SO disappointed. Why say you have a return policy when you clearly don't.

I am in the same boat as everyone else on here. Ordered and the sizing and quality was off. You can actually see the lace the sequins are sewed on to. I have sent several emails and no response. Why even say you accept refunds if you are not going to contact people back? I'm going to post a review everywhere possible so people like all of us won't make the same mistake.

My daughter ordered a Prom dress which was too large, Order no: WBHMUS0000455. Three days later emailed them to initiate a return. No response after several emails. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I wish I would have read other reviews before ordering from this website. We ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for prom. Within 24 hours of receipt, I contacted the company to return because the sizing on the dresses was incorrect. They asked for photos of the dresses with the tags (the dresses arrived with no tags in bags). I sent all the required information so I could get return authorization. NO RESPONSE for 3 weeks. DO NOT ORDER from this company, you will NOT GET A REFUND.

Purchased a 2024 PROM dress from HellyMoon & it did not fit my daughter. It was too small and the color we received was not the color shown on website. We emailed with pictures (5) times to return the dress. That was at the beginning of January and it is now the 7th of February with no response. Do not order from this company. Their returns policy is unreliable. For £140 the quality of the item was poor, and was a poor fit, and I requested a return. They authorised the return, there was a large postage fee to return to China, and 5 months later the parcel has been returned to me. No sign of a refund.
