This company is a scam. I received a dress with zero tags on it. It’s very cheaply made. It had clearly been worn due to the stains on it and had a bad odor to it. The sizing doesn’t match up to the description either.

About half the pictures of supposed customers look like models, way too pretty compared to real online sites. While some pictures look real, the half with the very pretty women are not real. If you upload them to DeepAI Pro (which detects AI-generated photos), many of them flag as being AI created.

I ordered a sparkly bodycon dress from this website and upon its arrival, looked nothing at all like the photos. The material was cheap, the neckline was a disaster, and even the color was wrong. I paid over a hundred dollars, plus $30 shipping for nothing but a glittery potato sack. Do not waste your money on their false advertisement.

I placed an order for a dress for my daughter. I chose expedited shipping which was almost $40. It said 3 - 5 business days. It took two weeks to arrive. I have contacted customer services many, many times with no resolution for a refund on my expedited shipping fees.
I ordered a regular size, no additional tailoring. Nowhere on their website or product pages does it say that every single dress you order must be tailored so I needed to take into account their tailoring / production time.
What other business in the world adds production / creation time to their orders without disclosing this. The only way to know that every order includes tailoring time is if you magically know that you need to hover over the scissors icon. If you somehow know that you are supposed to do that, then it states, "Whether you choose a standard size or custom measurements, our tailors craft each dress to order."
Fraudulent shipping times advertised and extremely poor customer service when I followed up.
UPDATE: After multiple emails back and forth over a period of two weeks speaking with two different customer service representatives, nothing was done. After I posted this review online, someone reached out to refund the difference between expedited shipping vs. regular shipping. Thank you for the $11 back a month after my daughter's dress did not arrive in time for the event it was purchased for and for your poor customer service.

Avoid buying from this company. They advertise “100% refund”, but you need to pay to return the dress and ends up being more expensive than the dress.
I paid 150$ for dress and I wasn’t expecting what I received. The quality is super cheap product was delivered in terrible condition - the dress was wadded up in a plastic bag.

So far so good with this company. I never had to return anything Ive purchased. Their gowns are always in great condition and elegant. Customer care is also reliable. As a matter a fact today will be the first time I will be reaching out for a return nothing of their doing I’m just a little awkward on my size. I’ll keep you all posted regarding my experience with my return.

3.5/4 star. I had concerns about orders from them so I emailed and talked through it with a customer care services person and got some good reassurance. So I ended up ordering the dress I wanted for my prom and they were very good and easy to work with quick responses, and reasonable timelines. We worked though what proper timelines would be and when I could expect my dress to arrive. I then recently got a email stating that it’s going to take an extra week or 2 to get my dress due to the Fabric my dress is made of. So I’m a little mad that i won’t be getting it when I was originally told I would be. But ultimately they were very good to work with and gave me free expidited shipping due to my concerns.

Zero stars! Avoid this scam company. I lost $126 of my hard earned money. They purposefully make it impossible to get a refund if the dress doesn’t work for you and they want to know way too much about why. Nobody has time for that back and forth. I told them I hope they enjoy my money.

I ordered a dress, shoes and earrings. The dress is too tight and the shoes are poorly constructed, just putting them on I worried the heel (stiletto yes but still) would snap off.
I emailed 6 times now and keep getting automated responses that all shoes and accessories are non refundable and keep asking what issue I have with the size. It’s been 2 days now since I told them again it’s too tight and now no response.
The material was poorly made, stitching is bad as well. Highly disappointed and frustrated. Scam!! I also had to chat online 4 times to see when it would be mailed out because it wasn’t on back order and had been almost 1 1/2 months. Ridiculous. It’s 11/17/25 now and still no resolution.

If I could give 0 I would! Ask to cancel my order as it would take too long to deliver. After back and forth on their chat they agreed to refund 50% plus shipping. Waited a few days for a confirmation email. Never got it and they charged me the full amount.

The company should allow 14 days for returns vs. 7. It is my fault for not seeing the return policy but 7 days is pretty tight for the average family. Not to mention you have to reach out to them to begin the process. We are now out 140+ dollars bc i was 4 days past the 7 day window.

I recently ordered a dress from this store, and I have to say, if you need your item within 20 days, do not choose this retailer. I placed my order on September 2 and received an initial confirmation email right away. However, by September 20, I hadn’t received any updates, so I followed up. On September 24, I got a response saying they couldn’t find my order.
I sent them a screenshot of my order confirmation, and the next day, they informed me that it was in processing. After that, it took an additional 8 days for my order to finally arrive. When it did arrive, the dress was beautiful and of good quality, but unfortunately, it didn’t fit as I had hoped.
I reached out to customer service on October 1 to initiate a return. They responded on October 10, acknowledging my return request but presented me with two options: they could refund me $9.00 and allow me to keep the item, or I could return it and be responsible for the shipping costs, with no reimbursement for the original shipping. This meant I would have to spend more out of pocket, with no guarantee of a quick refund given their slow response times.
Overall, while the dress itself is lovely, the poor customer service and long response times are major drawbacks. I won’t be ordering from here again; I’ve made the same mistake twice now, thinking it was just a one-time issue. Save yourself the frustration!

The return policy: you only have two options and one is not a full refund. You may get a 100 percent refund but as a credit to use on another purchase. You only get $26 back and get to keep a dress that doesn’t fit. This is not communicated when buying from this company! I will not buy from this company again.
