Not a very good company, cheaply made, ordered a personalized chain, everything was fine came as i ordered, so i was happy at first, within 2 weeks the product has started to rust, i took pictures and sent it to the company along with an email and first response was to blame me saying i had exposed it to water or sweat which is why it rusted, i told then that i did not however if wearing it isn't it aways exposed to sweat anyway, they then sent me a discount voucher as compensation but tbh why would i buy from them again when the first product didn't even last two weeks, Avoid tbh, cheap products at expensive prices.

These 5 star reviews are all fake. I ordered 4 items totaling $113 and they all look cheaper than what you find on Temu. Even though the website said you can return within 30 days, however, when I tried to return them, they told me that I cannot because their return address is in China and I would have to pay $50 shipping PLUS custom fees and extra. They suggested that I keep it and offered an $18 coupon to use towards ANOTHER item. If I did not like the first item, why would I want to purchase another. Your return policy on your website is fake. This is fraud. Everyone should know that they can not return once they've purchased even though your return policy states that we have 30 days to return. I will be reporting to BBB.

I ordered a fleece of them and throughout it I never received the email saying it was getting shipped. I kept emailing in checking up on it, and they said it's being made. A month has passed and I'm asking for a refund as it still hasn't been sent, I've now been told that my item is out of stock and they are avoiding my attempts to get a refund by keep mentioning that it's out of stock and I can exchange it for something else, not giving me the refund.

I ordered some Jeans before reading reviews. I emailed Helloice as was worried. I had a reply almost immediately telling me they would arrive in a few days and they did. Lovely jeans and excellent service from Helloice

I purchased two watches off this company through my Tesco credit card on September 24th and was.not given any purchase data or anything else and have not heard anything from this company since and l contacted them this morning and was told l had to join an electronics company at a further cost to myself which I was not willing to pay. Just be wary of this company guys

Ze laten mij het product niet retouren en op de website is geen retourlabel te vinden. Daarnaast bieden hun mij een product aan van 160 euro die op andere websites (Ali express/DH gate) te vinden zijn voor 11 euro!

Fake brands very poor communication and aren't giving refund

Very poor quality, tacky and cheap looking. Paid £35 for plating that started to rub off after one days wear. Avoid this company.

Dont order here !!! They are real scammers !! They send you cheap stuff out of China and you cant send it back believe me ! I orderd 2 pants one had a whole in it and it was nothing like the picture. They say flannel but you get really cheap velvet. Colors or size isnt correct. And this is like with all the other products !! So please believe me and dont order here !!!

I ordered some jewelry from Helloice on the 9th Febuary 24 i live in the uk.
Following the tracking online it arrived in the UK on 16 th February cleared customs etc and was supposed to be passed onto the local carrier on the 19th February.
The carrier being Royal mail using their tracking system they are still awaiting the package according to their tracking , i also phoned and got the same answer.
I have sent 3 emails to a specific person at Helloice
and used their online email reporting and have heard nothing at all . I intimated to them has it been stolen or lost can i please have an answer or refund my money.
i have wasted a lot of time chasing my parcel which it is their job to do. So beware before you order anything i am very disappointed and frustrated.

was skeptical due to the low reviews but products are very high quality look very premium. Fast despatch even when i ordered custom. Provided tracking number. Was on time shipping and exactly what you would expect from an imported product.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Poor quality watches that stopped working within hours. Refund process is an absolute joke, the specified method of shipping to Hong Kong was ridiculously expensive for them then want to deduct the same amount for the original shipping to me and then deduct a further 20% from the purchase price.

DO NOT BUY from this web site. Item purchased shipped from within the UK. On arrival it was very poor quality worth a fraction of the price. Their ‘easy’ returns policy is a joke. They claim you have to return to China and pay high import taxes. Why return to China when it was supplied from within the UK. Won’t offer a refund, just want or sell you more rubbish stuff for a discount. Reported to Klarna for investigation. This company is committing fraud.

their products are cheap and bad quality, spend 50£ on a watch and it turned green within 2 weeks. they didn't even refund me or send me a new watch. appalling really.
