Good website, misleading promotions
Good website, categorized very well, but the 20% off promo is just the regular price. I would prefer if they were more honest instead of pretending the reg. price is 20% off.

We had an issue with our mattress on picking a medium firmness, and after sleeping on it for a month, we were able to return it, and get the more firmer one. Helix Customer Service was great with help in making this happen.

Great mattress and excellent customer service
After an issue with one of the two new Midnight Luxe Twin XL mattresses we bought, the company was very responsive in replacing it right away ... the level of customer service was very good. Beyond that, we have been very happy with these mattresses and will definitely consider Helix if we have a future need for a mattress.

Some of the best mattresses
This is our 2nd mattress from them and they're amazing. We got them for the kids but sleep in their rooms any chance we get just because they're so comfy lol.

Overall satisfied with mattress
No complaints except queen mattress size was a little off in measurement with being slightly smaller than average queen size mattress (length/width). Otherwise, we are happy with purchase.

The Mattress Molds to Your Body!
I have been struggling with sleep for about 10 months after experiencing a car accident where I was rear-ended. For the first time in 10 months, I have been able to sleep throughout the night; My Helix Midnight Luxe Mattress is to thank for that!
It has a medium feel and supports side sleepers; It truly has increased my sleep net and I am grateful beyond words!
