Excited to try this #1 rated kids’ mattress!
We haven’t received our mattress yet. But i’m excited for my toddler and myself to try it. I have a baby on the way, and it would be so much easier to have my toddler sleep in her own room and bed. This mattress is ranked #1 on multiple websites. Looking forward to trying the very best :)

So exciting, congratulations on the growing family! A comfortable, supportive mattress can make a big difference as your toddler transitions to their own bed and you prepare for a newborn.
We’re glad you found us in your search. Many “best mattress” rankings focus on support, pressure relief, and durability, which are key for long-term comfort.
Once it arrives, give it a little time to break in. And with our 120-night sleep trial, you’ll have time to make sure it’s the right fit.
It was great

I had to both change the delivery address and ultimately cancel my first order (moving timeline changed) and they were very helpful and understanding. Now that I’m ready to move, I came back and found the sale price was still being offered a couple of months later. I am very hopeful the mattress itself will also be excellent when it arrives!

This site showed us what we wanted to…know to make our purchase.
This site showed us what we wanted to know, is a different brand than we've previously not been thrilled with, and was in our price range. This mattress is for our camper so we didn't need the bells and whistles of our home mattress.

Great online shopping experience
Great online shopping experience, though the firmness options are overwhelming. This is further exacerbated by limited Helix mattress stock in local retailers, making trying recommended mattresses impossible.
That said, Helix support was quick to respond and friendly, and I know that with the 120 day return window that we will have plenty of time to change our mind if we end up not liking our purchase.

Very comfortable bed. Great customer service!
Very comfortable bed, sturdy frame and amazing customer service! When my mattress arrived it had a small tear on the side (likely shipping). I took a photo and sent it to Helix and they sent me a new mattress right away. Can’t ask for better than that. I’ve been sleeping on the mattress for three months and I love it!

This is the best mattress I've ever owned, by far. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I rarely sleep well and usually toss and turn no matter how comfortable the bed. I'm not saying this bed has solved all my sleep issues, but it definitely helps and my sleep scores have gone up.

Very much better than what I had…
Very much better than what I had previously. But I had thought Helix produced their own mattresses. Was surprised to find out it was just labeled for Helix by the company that manufactures it as well as their own branded mattresses. The mattress is some firmer than I wanted. But I purchased based on the quiz they recommend taking. I am planning to put it into the guest room. I often wake up some sore or stiff. Edge support is good but not great. Wish I could have examined this in person before purchasing. Probably would have selected a different option. Not interested in all the hassle of a return or exchange.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we really appreciate you sharing this. We want to clarify that we do make our own mattresses though. Helix is part of 3Z Brands, a house of sleep brands, but all of our mattresses are still designed and assembled in our own U.S. facility. While we share manufacturing resources, each brand has its own designs, materials, and quality standards that we follow.
We’re sorry to hear the feel isn’t quite what you expected and that you’re experiencing some soreness. Sometimes a different model or firmness can make a big difference, and our team is always happy to help guide you to a better fit if you’re open to it. Either way, we appreciate you giving Helix a try and sharing your experience with us.
The only choice for a Mattress
I have two Helix mattresses from 2019 and they are FANTASTIC. I had a warranty issue with one of them and working with Helix to get the replacement was...phenomenal! They took care of the issue and within 10 days, the situation was taken care of. I won't have any other mattress but a Helix!
