Easy to order
Easy to order. Mattress choosing tool helpful. Would appreciate more upfront pricing, for instance, 20 percent off isn’t really a sale price if it’s included in your pricing all the time. Looking forward to getting my mattress and hoping it works for me.

Customer Service @ Helix = 100%
The customer service at Helix was better than I even expected. Their promise to change the mattress unless you are satisfied was the easiest process I ever encountered. I would buy from them again. And, I am loving my mattress!

Good website
Lots of info regarding each aspect/layer of the mattress. Most other websites just show accolades or awards for their mattresses with only a little info regarding the mattresses themselves.

I SLEEP HOT!
Needed to replace my old, old, old and uncomfortable HOT mattress.
Originally went with Tempur-ProAdapt 12" Medium Hybrid Mattress with the addition of the Breeze Mattress Protector because I sleep very hot. Been sleeping on this mattress since mid-Feb and I am STILL SLEEPING HOT! I've heard and read great reviews of the Helix Midnight Luxe mattress with GlacioTex Cooling Cover + CoolForce Layer / Luxe Layer. I'm really looking forward to my first night COOL sleep! Thanks Helix and Dan Bongino for the WIN!

Really appreciate you giving us a shot, and we hope that first cool night lives up to the hype!
