I ordered 3 weeks ago 2 track jeans ( Order 23046563), they told me in the confirmation mail
"We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."

I sent 3 mails to know what's about all that wait and I got no answer at all.

I will edit my review if I got news...
But for now I think that i got scammed 190euros, i need answers pls

DO NOT BUY!

It’s a scam. They keep making up excuses about shipping issues. They took my money for jeans and then I had to chase them up for a shipping update, only to be told that I had to pay a further $38 to receive my jeans. When i asked for a refund they said “no refunds and if you can’t understand, then good!” .
Total scam. Do not buy from them. You’re not going to get your item.

N'ayant aucun lien sur votre site concernant une question pour ma commande, comment puis je vous joindre afin de modifier celle-ci. Commande effectué le 2 mai, pas de nouvelle la date d'expédition !

Ordered products almost a month ago now after paying express shipping and being told it will arrive in 4-6 days. My birthday is soon and after contacting multiple times i still have no clue when I will receive my package

Haven’t received my jeans yet and I ordered about 3 weeks ago. I was informed by email that the jeans were preorder and they didn’t have them on hand, but only after I asked. I feel like this should be made clear on the website.

I recently orderer a pair of jeans and zips. I thought they were pre made since its not mentioned they are pre order on the website but when i asked them from mails, they told me its pre order and might took a while to arrive. I even asked them about estimated date but im still waiting for response. And also it tooks one day or so for them to answer mails which is very slow. I will wrote another review after my stuff arrives, at least i hope

Hey so I wanted to exchange the zip up as It was too big on me, so I contacted support, they responded for one day, but when I asked about what shipping line I should get, they stopped responding, I also accidentally bought a pair of jeans recently in the wrong size, and I tried to contact them to try change it to my desired size before they ship it out, but they didn’t respond b it shipped out the wrong size. Mind you I tried contacted them on everything, email, insta, tiktok and even tried contacting felix (brand owner)

Mon fils à commandé un pantalon en taille S mais il est 10 fois trop grand, donc ne correspond pas du tout au tableau des tailles, ensuite pour le retour compliqué et cela m'a coûté 25€ !!
2 mois après le retour bien effectué en Colissimo comme demandé avec accusé de réception et malgré une signature à leur réception la boutique me demande un tas de papiers.... reçu de la poste, numéro de colis, de suivi....
Du coup pas de remboursement, j'ai perdu 100€ (pantalon) et 25 € de frais de retour !

Ordered a mystery box in a size small, got it today and came in a size large. Was really looking forward to it but I’m NOT IMPRESSED

I really like the brand especially the track jeans series and i was lucky enough to win the mystery box giveaway on instagram, and I was a bit skeptical at first but they actually responded and are shipping the product. Great brand.

I bought HCW camo track jeans, I was shocked by the quality of the "jeans", espeically for the price, was horrendus. The stiching was half baked and the pocket was at an angle. I attempted to return the product and followed instructions however I am still wating any further news for over a month. However communications was okay customer services did provide instructions.

Jeans do fit perfectly and true to size however a bit of loose stitching and the jeans had grey instead of white lines ,did look a bit dirty .I have contacted support twice about this because I do value this brand so hopefully it can be sorted out

The fit is amazing, great quality denim, wear these all the time, came on time.
It's on the pricey side but getting these on sale is great. I recommend

ordered a pair of jeans on thursday evening they came on saturday morning ! good quality however one or two loose threads other than that they are very nice

Terrible Customer Service, Situation handled very unfairly.

My parcel was left outside my door, I live in a dodgy estate, someone stole it and I never received my goods that I paid for, upon speaking to Heaven can wait customer service team they told me actually because the parcel was left outside my door it counts as a successful delivery, they are breaking the consumer acts and lied repeatedly in emails when i was trying to clarify what was happening.

I ordered from this store over a month ago, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. My item arrived a full month later than expected, and I received absolutely no communication from the store regarding the delay until I reached out myself. Even though they failed to fulfill the delivery within the expected time, I was still charged the full delivery fee, which is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I had another item in the same order that I had to return. Instead of refunding the money to my bank account as expected, they only offered a gift voucher, which is not what I wanted and feels like a way to force customers to continue shopping with them despite the poor service.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this store. The lack of communication, delayed shipping, and inflexible refund policy made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Be prepared for long waits and poor service.

I've ordered from HCW so many times before and this has really put me off.

I'm a size 34 waist, I ordered an XL (which is the size they sent) pair of shorts, and they are that small I can't even wear them

Not only is the waist no larger then a size 30, the length is well above the knees

For the price they charge, I would avoid purchasing

I ordered on 1/9/2024 and never got anything. They don’t respond to dm’s nor emails, and remove Instagram comments when people are genuinely asking about their missing orders. I’ve spoken to multiple people that ordered at the same time as myself and they also have the same problems. They’re promoting a car giveaway and teasing a new collection while people haven’t got any information about their order. They simply don’t give a crap, and i’d strongly advise not to order from them EVER, no matter how hard the clothing looks on their socials. This is just an example of a brand that revolves around quick cash grabs. now I’m gonna have to open a paypal case to get my money back because they just refuse to reply simply because THEY DON’T CARE. If you don’t want a headache, don’t order.

my son ordered and paid for 2 shirts. the shirts were delivered to the wrong house number and returned to the sender. Heaven Clothing simply says 'we can't help you any further'. that's nice and easy! My son now has no shirts and has lost his money. pure theft!

I ordered a shirt, a pair of shorts and a pair of pants about a month ago. They were meant to be used in the summer but it is now autumn and i havent received my package yet. I have payed VAT for almost the same amoumt of money as the clothing cost. The clothing i bought was a part of a so called “warehouse sale” which initiates that they sell what they have in theyre warehouse. Two weeks after ordering i sent them an email about me not getting my stuff and they answer that they dont have it in theyre warehouse. Then what is the point of a warehouse sale.
