The clothes were fine but the pocket from the pants are a little thight at the beginning. There are not mentioned fees . I needed to pay 77 euro extra and waited for my package a month .

It got worse this is one of the worst brands i ever ordered from in my entire life the order took nearly 2 months to ship to me and now i need to pay 60 euro to get because it wasn't cleared customs i wish i could get my money back

Unfortunately, when it does arrive at a customs, they don't provide a timeframe for processing and the cost is out of our control as we are shipping from the UK. Slow delivery and unexpected custom fees
After order confirmation that was no other communication. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service with a view to making a charge back on my credit card. Had a quick response stating that the product was out of stock and should be available in the next 2 weeks. A refund was also offered. I waited another 3 weeks and received notification that the product was en route. I was disappointed to then receive a message from the postal service that custom taxes needed to be paid which was another EUR20. Having said all that my son is very pleased with the product and has had a lot of compliments on it.

my fav brand of all time. love the pieces, the quality, just everything. the only thing is get upset about is the prices i get from the customs (i live in germany) but thats just my country i think.

HCW really great brand with unique designs and fast shipping, would highly recommend checking them out one thing though that bothers me is that the clothes come with loose threads but other than that 10/10.

Shipping was quick, had no issues, stuff is legit, quality mad good, you gotta pay customs if outside the uk, they can't control that tbh tho so all good.
