Awful, no way of contacting them due to not being responsive through socials or email. Payed for next day shipping extra £5 and received the parcel 3 weeeka after that with tho update on way or how that happened. Additionally the jeans were good although the bottom and part of the stiching were cooked and made me have to sew it properly so it weren’t to come undone

I’m having major problems. I placed an order and it took a month to come. I emailed them 4+ times about this and never heard back. I also reached out on social media. Once it came I decided that I’d like to return the items. Once again, I emailed and emailed and emailed and they didn’t respond, despite stating that they accept returns. In the end, I returned the package to the sender on the delivery label asking for a refund. I still haven’t heard it and am having to raise it with my bank. If they see this please just process the return for me as this is becoming a real burden.

I ordered some jeans for a present for Christmas and ordered the wrong size. The customer service team at HCW were amazing. They responded to emails quickly and told me how to process an exchange, sending out the new pair of jeans immediately they received the old pair back. Couldn't be more happy the jeans are great and the service team were amazing.

After waiting for 4 weeks my order arrived. An update to advise of delay would have been helpful.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I sent six emails to customer service regarding returning items that were reduced in price just a day after I made my purchase. Despite my repeated attempts to get a response, I have received no communication or assistance whatsoever. This lack of customer support is unacceptable, and I feel ignored as a customer. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible, I need to return a pair of jeans, they are incredibly oversized compared to the online measurements and they will not reply via email or socials, awful service. Please get on contact or answer your emails!!!!!!

I bought a t shirt with like, a frog graphic on the back, its also waffle textured. Its honestly really good, not worth the full price but definitely a good value product at 20 quid, its got a really nice quality fabric which feels great on the skin, i like the design too, its like a screen print i think? but overall really good for the price I PAID, maybe not full price but yeah.

I had a gread experience with hcw. I had no issues with shipping whatsoever. I live in Switzerland and it took about one week. I like the design of the product very much and it looks as described. There are some loose threads but the quality overall is pretty good.

Sizing runs a bit bigger than the size chart says, but it woked out well for me and I love the fit.

The clothes look great online, but i’m making a review in the hopes you will respond. I made an order on the 26th October, and so far I have no idea where my package is and when I will receive it. Please let me know.

Might‘ve just shopped at temu. Ordered a zip-up and a puffer. The puffer is alright but the zip-up broke after one wear. I did get it refunded like a week later of texting back and forth (very slow support), however the money didn‘t even cover the customs, so I just lost 80 bucks on this garbage.

SCAM never shipped my order, ordered months ago in august. Emailed multiple times with no replies. ended up having to dispute the charge bc they never sent me my order. shame really since I really did want the pink stripe jeans

I ordered some items for my son's birthday. They arrived in a timely manner but the jeans were way too big. There is no info online about how to return items other than to contact their info email address. I have done this but heard nothing back. I have reached out a number of times and still had no correspondence. They only give you 14 days from delivery to return an item so I'm really concerned I will not be able to get a refund. I wouldn't usually shop a company like this but I know a lot of teenagers love their clothes. Great products but come on - please sort out returns.

I ordered a pair of HCW jeans a couple of days ago and within 2 days I received them so the shipping time was perfect (from the UK). Once I opened up the package and took a look at the jeans, I was immediately disappointed with nearly every part of it. The stripes on the jeans were faded and discoloured, the stitching was terrible and some parts of the jeans just felt dirty but that's not all, when I wore them I noticed how extremely wide they looked even though I got the right size and I am tall. The zipper felt cheap and the button for the jeans was very hard to button and unbutton. For £79, I would expect high quality jeans but these felt like mass produced and rushed. I've contacted them now for a return and I will update how long that takes. If you are interested in buying the jeans, I cannot recommend these. Especially for £79 and if you're not from the UK you may be expected to pay customs to receive these jeans AND to return these jeans will cost a fortune.

Placed an order on August 29th, received an order number and a confirmation of the shipment, tracking wasn't working but i assumed its due to international shipping dates. After few days i received a SPAM email from "Exelot" where they were demanding me to pay a 100USD customs fee (mind you my whole order was on 200USD). There was not a single mention about their store in that email either and upon googling i found out that there's a lot of scamming emails like that so i naturally ignored it. On September 16th i decided to reach out to HCW cuz 2 weeks are more than enough for the redelivery to be fullfilled and received an IMMEDIATE reply that apparently i didn't pay the customs so my order been returned? I guess HCW don't think it's their responsibility to notify their customer about such things either. I replied back asking for a refund then cuz there's no way i will be paying almost half of my order price for some customs that i wasn't even notified about, but ever since then i haven't heard from them. Sent them a total of 5 emails asking for MY money back and nothing. Garbage store with a garbage customer support!

W dniu 22 czerwca 2025 zamówiłem dwie pary spodni ze sklepu HeavenCantWait z dostawą DPD do Polski. Sklep zapewniał, że „All orders to the EU are duties/taxes paid. This means you will receive no extra fees after ordering.” Mimo to paczka została zatrzymana przez polski urząd celny, ponieważ nie została przeprowadzona odprawa celna, a należne podatki nie zostały opłacone.
Od ponad miesiąca próbuję skontaktować się ze sklepem, wysyłając wiadomości między innymi na adres help(at)heavencanwait.store, jednak moje prośby są ignorowane.
Do tej pory nie otrzymałem ani towaru, ani zwrotu pieniędzy, ani żadnej odpowiedzi.
Jestem bardzo zawiedziony i zirytowany. W tej chwili nie mogę polecić zakupów w tym sklepie.
Jeśli sytuacja ulegnie zmianie będę mógł zaktualizować moją opinię.

On June 22, 2025, I ordered two pairs of trousers from HeavenCantWait with DPD delivery to Poland. The store assured that “All orders to the EU are duties/taxes paid. This means you will receive no extra fees after ordering.” However, the package was held by Polish customs because customs clearance was not completed, and the required taxes were not paid.
For over a month, I have been trying to contact the store, sending messages including to help(at)heavencantwait.store, but my requests have been ignored.
To date, I have received neither the goods, nor a refund, nor any response.
I am very disappointed and frustrated. I cannot recommend shopping with this store.
If the situation changes, I will update my review.

I ordered the pink track trousers and they happened to be a size too big. I wanted to send them back but there was no paper work inside the delivery bag so I emailed both email accounts given on their website, to see how I should send it back, but no answer from either. I continued to email them 3 more times with no answer. This is extremely poor customer service. Very unimpressed!

The shipping how i heard with the service is very bad, but if its not im gonna change my review bc there could be fake reviews here, i want to be helpful.

i’ve been waiting a week for my birthday present to arrive and it still hasn’t been shipped i’ve been following the brand for a while and love what they do and everything is de from thar but i am very disappointed with the wait i was excited for the gift from my mum and dad but i have been let down by the lack of customer support please send the order

Quality is really impressive on the jeans & hoodie I got (straight stitches, ykk zippers, flat felled seam where needed). Sizing is off, would be helpful if you spend some time and added individual clothing measurements as you don't drop hundreds of items, as when you order size M you expect 33 inch waist max but it's like 38 in reality (it's different from item to item)! Returned one order, received a gift card balance instead of a refund but it's ok as I was able to get things I liked in a better sizing, very pleased!
