Healthy Supplies is my go to store for nuts, seeds, pasta, vanilla, pasta sauce, Clear Spring products, recyclable bin bags and much more. Huge range of products, eco friendly recyclable packaging (we put some of the packing in our wood burning stove) and the customer service is excellent. I feel that I am treated as a friend, the service is that good.

No customer service. They don't respond to emails or telephone messages! FRUSTRATING. You just can't trust a company that you cannot contact.

Good stuff arrived promptly

Excellent suppliers - broad range of items - great website. Highly recommended

I have been a regular customer and buying the same products over time so you get to notice the
Freshness of the products deteriorating each time you make a new purchase. We are talking about a few months time frame of this year.
For example I wish I had photos to compare the buckwheat that I bought from earlier in the year and my very recent purchase one was bright green and the other was very pale in colour so it wasn’t looking fresh. I didn’t make a fuss so I won’t be buying them again.

I complained about the pumpkin seeds that they sent me. They were not fresh and some were rotten too. They are making me carry a 2kg bag of pumpkin seeds to the shop to return them. I am in my 60s with bad arms that’s why I use their online company so I don’t have to carry it home! No sympathy whatsoever. So once I return it , I hope you won’t be reselling it because it belongs in the bin.

And one final thing, I suggest you check your products and how you store them so see if they are in still good condition before sending them out to customers because it saves everyone time and money.

I know what am talking about because I use to work in the wholesale food trade in the customer services and we have a no quarrel policy because we don’t want anyone getting ill.

Along with many different nuts , I bought roasted almonds and produce was stale and smelled. I wrote to them and they asked for batch number. After their investigation, they advised there is no fault with product. I still have their roasted almonds and I can guarantee they are stale and smell. I was disappointed with their response. I have switched to Forest whole foods and all products are excellent. Customer service should have asked me to send nuts back and then made a decision whether product is stale or not. Unlikely to shop and recommend them.

Excellent service. Quick delivery. If there is a problem it is sorted with attention and courtesy.

I placed an order for 5 x 1kg bags of flour. Paid for delivery but still took 9 days to arrive. When it did arrive the packages were all dated for January 2026 which is a month away. Contacted the customer services to express that this isn't acceptable and was told that it's up to the customer to contact them ahead of time to ask for the expiry date of products. Never have I had to email a company before hand to ensure what I am purchasing isn't short dated, every other company I have ordered from moves these items to clearance and advises the customer upfront. Now I am expected to return these items out of my own time.

I wont be ordering from this company again

Choice by Healthy Supplies to select EVRI as their preferred contracted courier service for home delivery of online orders; has proven to be an on going fatal mistake.
EVRI have since 2019 demonstrated on every delivery failures of (1) NEVER leaving package in safe place [always dumped in public insecure location] (2) NEVER talking on intercom to gain electronic door security access into my building.
Healthy Supplies should cancel EVRI contract and sign with honest and trustworthy courier like DPD [who have radically improved their service standard on communicated safe place delivery location].
Healthy Supplies provide an excellent range of high quality products at excellent value prices. Order fulfilment timing is prompt and backed up by quick efficient emailed customer account information.
However, EVRI poor service behaviour does contravene and disgrace Healthy Supplies stated "Customer Service Delivery Service Standards" on their website.
EVRI are damaging Helthy Supplies good commercial corporate reputation.

Have not heard anything, order placed and paid 5th Dec, had a look and says it’s still waiting to be shipped, 3 tubes of Australian tea tree cream, if you don’t have it stock, can you refund me please?
Just checked website and they say they are out of stock, they took my money, no email to state it was out of stock, 😡
Update:
Received an email today stating they had emailed me twice and it may of gone to my junk. I check my junk mail everyday due to expecting deliveries due to Xmas. No emails were received. Thank you for sending the one this morning and for your below comment. One question, when I looked at the status of my order, why did it say waiting to be shipped?

Most of my order was out of stock despite the site showing that a number were available at the time of ordering and it annoyed me even more that I was only told this AFTER they dispatched other items because I only purchased them to supplement the ‘out of stock’ items I really wanted - and it was too late to cancel. I told them this but there was no good-will gesture, like a postage refund. Instead, I ended up paying postage that was not the good value it would have been for a full order.,

On the plus side, what I did get was well packed - but I wouldn’t take a chance on ordering again as I was left feeling very let down and unhappy.

The different products were in good condition. They came in good time. Well done Healthy Supplies!
