I want to purchase other products from this company and look forward to doing so. The service delivery is also terrific. It is great that a UK based company can offer this level of quality and service.

Great products

I ordered aniseed whole for Xmas Craft. They might have been 10 good pieces in my 250gram bag. The rest was just useless bits. What a disappointment. You should not say they are whole, your advertising and photography was disgraceful.

Very good communication

This is my go to health supplier. Always the best products. Always well packaged and always fast delivery. A first class company that I always return to, what more could you you ask for.

I was sent pumpkin seeds with only 4 months bbe date on them. Some of the bags had most of the air expelled while other were full of air. This coupled with the short bbe does not make for a good bulk buy. The free chia seeds however had a bbe of 10 months!
After reaching out to customer service I was told the website has the bbe dates published so you can make an informed choice if you want them... be warned folks to always check this as you get nothing from customer services..... my recommendation is try a different company who actually values returning customers that spend nearly £200 a time on "healthy supplies"

Out of date product.
I ordered Freeze-Dried Black Olive power on Monday which arrived two days later.

Sadly the packet says the best before date is July 2026!

This is my first purchase and I see other reviews saying the same thing.

Very disappointing.

So far - really hard work. Took forever to dispatch and then I realised I've placed an order with the wrong delivery address. Totally my fault.

However, in this day and age - normally it's a simple task to change a delivery address. Not with Health Supplies. Spoiler - totally failed.

All circles of Dante's hell by now, with the actual delivery truck going out every time, trying to deliver to the wrong address. I am sure it will give up, eventually. CS at Health Supplies can't change it, which is the truly insane part, and there we are, lots of tickets booked and a truck using up those CO2 credits, traipsing back and forth trying to deliver. I am sure it will be back at Healthy Supplies any time soon and then maybe I can change the address. All in all - this is what Amazon used to do back in 2001 - was the same hard work experience. For once I thought - ah, let's order direct. Ta daaa!

Anyway, dear Healthy Supplies - the product is probably magnificent, but seriously, changing the delivery address is a must. Before you ask - the delivery company is saying no, the retailed has to do it. So apparently you have to do it. Sorry.

Been shopping this company for long time.it adds more healthy food choices each shop, have no reason to shop elsewhere. Well packaged on receipt. Low price statement is genuine.

Very disappointing experience with collagen type 2
I purchased Collagen Type 2 from Healthy Supplies, but when it arrived, I immediately noticed an extremely foul smell. The taste was so unpleasant that it made me feel like vomiting, and the product was definitely not suitable for adding to shakes, soups, or any other food or drink.
I contacted Healthy Supplies to raise my concerns, but they initially told me that the smell and taste were normal for this product. After sending a second email explaining that I considered it a potential health hazard and unfit for human consumption, they eventually agreed to issue a refund.
However, they refused to reimburse me for the postage costs of returning the product, which I found very disappointing—particularly as the item appeared to be expired. I was also unhappy that it took repeated communication before they accepted responsibility and arranged the refund.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the customer service I received, and I would not feel confident ordering from Healthy Supplies again.

I note again the product was spoiled 100% , no doubt in that.
