I also fell for the premium website feel, and guaranteed Nattokinasse product.
Absolute SCAM. Products not received, and email after email, they have failed to even dispatch an item. Then another unauthorised credit card transaction from them claiming I subscribed. Like so many others, I've been rolled. Giant SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Easy to navigate.

First Time ordering. A little too many offers that popped up. Been taking a different brand - but I have to take 5 capsules and that is a little bit too much. It went well received my discount code and guide very quickly.

All the reviews that I have read have been very positive ordering your product it was very simple hopefully it arrives quickly and in fact and I hope that it is as good as everyone says I will write another review after I have tried the product for you a few weeks

I decided to order from them and never received the product next thing. I know they are charging me again. The next month, which I did not sign up for a ongoing subscription. But somehow they claim I did.

I placed my order on April 14 and it is now May 26 , which is 41 days and I still do not have my order. I have contacted Healthletic 3 times and they say it has been shipped. I check the tracking and it is stuck in the same place each time I check. I will not make another purchase from this company. When you order a product, you expect to get it in a reasonable time frame.

I ordered nattokinase from these folks ( heathletics) on May 3 2026 and still have not received them some 22 days later. I contacted them via email and they said “ it was in the mail”
I could have ordered from different companies or through Amazon for much less with priority shipping

Site was easy to navigate. Subscription options were very clear. Nothing was hidden. I had a question which customer service answered promptly. I also opened an account so I will be able to manage my subscription. So far so good.

This is probably one of the most tasty if not the most tasty mushroom coffee that I’ve had and I have had many. One thing that I do that a lot of you may wanna try is by every day dose mild mushroom coffee, and obviously fresh cap mushroom coffee. One scoop of everyday dose, mild coffee, and two scoops of fresh cap mushroom coffee and let me tell you the taste is truly heavenly oh and don’t forget to use two scoops of every day dose A2 dairy milk creamer. I also use coconut sugar organic only you will not be disappointed. I promise you.

Healthletic promises more than they are prepared to deliver.
The product may be valid and be of genuine benefit.
My own research showed that 10800 fu Nattokinase has real benefits but Healthletic cannot deliver product anywhere close to their advertised timeline of 7-10 days.
I would research to see if there are other companies offering good quality, 3rd party tested 10800 fu Nattokinase who can also deliver their product.
Going on a month and I still have not received what I purchased.
Who knows when or IF I'll see it.

I have been a customer of this company for over two years, and their customer service continues to impress me. Recently, I needed help canceling an order, and the support I received was exceptional. They were kind, understanding, professional, and handled everything quickly and smoothly.

Was very informative and easy to order without a lot of pages to go through for ordering the product I was interested in purchasing.

I ordered Nattokinase on April 23. Nothing has yet been sent. I only receive “We understand your concerns” emails, but no solution. I did receive a tracking number on May 22 which shows they having only begun the process. UPS has not received the product yet, and does not show it is “in-transit” as they showed in their last 3 emails. I believe this company might be just a scam!

I ordered Nattokinase on 25 April. So far, nothing. I emailed Healthletic on 16 May asking why I had not received my order. I was advised that it would be dispatched in 5-7 days. So far no further messages. Yet they have sent me almost daily emails advertising their products. I have been waiting for a month!

Waited a month for my order and after chasing it a few times they cancelled on me and said my money would come back - still waiting for that too.....dodgy dodgy business - avoid at all costs.

Easy process to order supplements. Only downfall is there were too many pop ups to buy other items

This company is fast to take your money, but they are pathetically slow in delivering the product.

I'm still waiting on my order to SHIP, after a week and a half since they received my order. Now I'm beginning to wonder if they'll ever get it to me.

If a company can't even ship a product in a week and a half, it doesn't deserve to be in business.
