They billed me for orders that I did not place. They are scammers! I contacted them and told them. In the past week I received 2 orders from them which I did not place, they are covering up because I saw 2 entries on my credit card that I did not make. They quickly sent me the items I supposedly ordered. I do not need them nor do I want them. They are covering up!!!
Don't buy anything from this company, they will try to rip you off!

New customer here, but not new to nutritional supplements. Quality, purity and evidence-based effectiveness are most important to me...and of course price. References to credible, independent studies was persuasive, at least enough to give your products a try. Website was nice, clean and easy to navigate. As for product prices, recommend not setting default to the lower subscription rates. While good to know, as a new customer I'm not looking for long-term commitment just yet. Prove yourself first and then I'll consider subscribing. I came to your site specifically for Nattokinase but ended up purchasing several items! Can't wait to try them!

Will update to 5 stars once I get my product, however, the costumer service was FAST getting back to me with an explanation as to why it was taking so long to get my order sent. then another email stating that the order was in progress and should be send in 5-7 business days. I guess that will work. So far I'm happy with the web site but really laughed out loud when I say the FREE $15.00 shipping insurance.

I had a question about ordering...and your customer service representative got right back with me almost instantly. I call that great customer service!! Worthy of a five star rating!

I placed an order for Nattokinase late in February. The explanation of the tracking delay information was in Latvian.

When I still hadn't received my order late in March, I began conversations with customer service, all of whom were very nice. They told me the shipment was held up in customs (which I knew), and said they would send me a replacement order.

The replacement didn't arrive. More correspondence; first and second replacement shipments held up in customs. Finally, by early May, after many, many back-and-forth emails with customer service, I said, "Just give me a refund."

Turns out, I had been charged for at least one of the replacement shipments. I was told that two refunds were made. When checking my credit card, I found that the two refunds had actually been noted on my account as charges. That was corrected, but the fact that it was originally incorrect is quite suspicious.

I will NEVER order from Healthletic again! And you shouldn't, either. From a February order to a May refund is outrageous, no matter how nice the customer service people are.

I see from other reviews that my experience is comparable to others'. Definitely not a good company!

USA site to get 5 bottles for the price of 4 . A month later another 5 bottles arrive. Because it’s from Lithuania , I can’t get a refund on a subscription I didn’t know I was on … rip off !!! Beware !

My original order was never sent and I’ve now been charged a second time for a subscription I never made. Absolutely appalling experience. Almost USD400 paid so far for nothing.

I was so excited to try the Nattokanese charged but never received, no update on shipping, no tracking info, no communication whats so ever. I cam say the my Customer Service experience was great
I emailed a request for a refunded and I got it in less than 24. The associate was very nice,apologetic and responded very quickly.

I ordered Nattokinase almost one month ago. I have received nothing. When I contacted customer several times, I got the same AI produced essentially non responsive answer.
Apparently other have experienced the same problem.
This company appears to be a sham.

This company is a fraud and a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I ordered BCP-157 on April 1st and it still hasn’t arrived on May 12th. I contacted them several times and after a month told me my order was delayed by customs and they’d have to reship it. They then had the nerve to tell me they had “inadvertently” put me down for a subscription and were going to charge me for another order when I haven’t received the first. Don’t buy anything from these frauds.

Website easy to navigate...a LOT of information about Nattokinase...not crazy about the marketing that says "insurance is free" as no one gets insurance as an extra and shipping is covered for the cost anyway...shipping needs to be FREE...the MOM15 discount was nice!

Deceptive shipping promises. Partial order arrived almost a month after being placed. Shipped from Lithuania of all places. Paid for one-time (non-subscription) ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’ and package only contained 2. Online support chat unresponsive. Don’t trust this company. Nattokinase was what I ordered.
