They were on schedule and coped efficiently with a difficult job - the window being so large. They took, as expected, two days to finish the job and made good around the new window and left everything clean and tidy. Well done

Wrote a great review in April for bifolding doors BUT since then the handle snapped off this was fixed but showed another problem where Gary had to come back with spacers. He had to adjusted the door keeps and we were told 4 weeks wait for new ones. Heard nothing had to chase him made appontment. Appointment day he didn't turn up called he had forgot to put appointment in his diary. He apologise and came round but uwithout parts. I mentioned where he had made adjustments to door it had caused the hook that goes inside from the other door to twist he said he would replace the parts on that side of the other door as well. Made another appointment on the day he was unable to attended wasnt informed until late morning, his colleague said I would get a phone call the next day but didn't had to chase again and made another appointment he didn't turn up. Called again, and the office called him to contact mr. He called to tell me how busy he was yet I had an appointment and would be some time as roo ^snowed under " not even a call to say running late or an apology just bad communication and not fussed. I terminated the call and called the office to make a complaint. I have been informed this issue is going to be resolved in 2 weeks and this will give me a solution to the problem caused by their worker. An absolute joke and such a different experience to what i had at the start such a shame I had every confidence.

I only found it bizarre that I had to pay for moving the man hole ( which was there in from the beginning) which over stretched my budget and left me struggling for the month with food and petrol.

The product is excellent quality, and was very well fitted with attention to detail. The fitter really knew what he was doing!

Installers worked cleanly by covering kitchen worktops and tidied thoroughly - indoors and out - after finishing.
Both worked hard and didn’t stop during the installation.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom and chose our front door through to the fitting approx 6 weeks later, we were informed of every aspect it was seamless and very professional. Cannot fault anyone.

Hazlemere Windows made the whole experience so easy. Sean was really helpful during the initial consultation and ordering stage. The installation team were fantastic - minimal disruption, very tidy, great attention to detail and the windows look great. Communication was good throughout and great customer service provided by all staff! Highly recommend!

The company telephone and aranged a date for fitting the new door and panel which was convenient for me.Dan the fitter arrived on time and worked all morning, dismantling the old door and panel and fitting the new equipment with no trouble. He left after giving me the keys and explaining the locking. I certainly would be happy to have Dan to work here again he was pleasant and very efficient

I recently had new upvc windows installed. The service from Hazlemere was very good all the way through, from Bob in the showroom to Joe and Scott, the fitters. Would highly recommend.

Hazelmere windows were friendly and professional all the way through the process, I can't fault them

Some years back we built a Bungalow and installed
14 sash UPVC windows, 2 single doors and a four section bi-fold door.
They were impressive mostly with one or two issues which Hazlemere said had be caused by our installers.
Some years on we need the bottom seals replaced on 14 sash windows but Hazlemere are unwilling to supply as they do not make this design anymore.
I have found online suitable seals to do the job but they will not fix the problem as they did not source the materials and claim therefore they are not insured for such remedial work.
Nice product but poor follow up service !!
You have a problem , you're on your own !!

Your response is as expected, I advised you I have sourced the seals online yet you refused to help by fitting them. Not to worry, I’ve found a window company who are actually willing to help!!
