Plants were good-delivery poor
Plants were good, delivery of same poor. Delivery company left box on its side causing some damage and compost falling out of pots despite box labeled this way up. Packaging by Hayloft was good but could not withstand rough handling by the courier.

Poor communication.
Order was short; no warning, explanation or apology.
Some of the the remaining plants in the £230 order arrived in very poor condition.
An alternative was promised to be sent after the weekend.
Then received an email to say that I would be receiving a refund.
Mind way through the following week i haven't seen either replacements or refund.
No personal service or communication.
Disappointing.

Very healthy plants
The selection of plants was appreciated as I was after a specific plant for my garden. The price was less per plant if you bought multiples. The plants arrived in very secure packaging and were in excellent condition. Full planting instructions were included . I am waiting for the rest of my order but I know it will be delivered in the new year.

Bought plenty of flowers/plants through company. Fairly reasonable in price. Most have survived, and are fabulous but unfortunately due to weather some didn't.

Plants delivered were too small and under developed. Needing repotting and growing on. More mature plants were available by this time iny local garden centre. The hayloft plants took 6 months to come.
