Misleading Brand. Website suggests a premier clothing brand, but in reality is nothing more than taking orders and shipping direct from China. Slow delivery - still haven't received my purchase after a month. Add on delivery protection without any warning on checkout. Will not be using twice!

Worst quality product and the return costs are approximately 40 pounds. Their products comes from china. Finally settled for a 50 percent refund

The quality of the backpack I received was not the same as the pictures shown on the website and when I tried to return the item I was told I have to pay return shipping back to China along with other customs and duty fees. I would definitely not purchase from this website again.

Ordered linen trousers from this company thinking they were UK based, as this is what is intimated by their website. They are actually based in China … the trousers took two weeks to arrive (too late for the event they were wanted for), the colour was much darker than on the website and the fabric was awful quality and absolutely nothing like linen. The returns process is so costly and so inconvenient due to having to pay shipping and customs charges back to China it’s not worth the hassle. Declined the offer of a discount voucher on another item if I kept the trousers & they then offered a “goodwill” 20% refund if I kept them. Having looked at the returns forms and cost of shipping, I’ll donate the trousers to a charity shop and stop wasting my time and energy on this very misleading company. Nothing on the website suggests they are based in China - the website address, contact number, photos.

I ordered the wrong size of a pair of shoes, i knew this so I ordered what I thought were the correct size. I emailed support straight away but unfortunately they informed me that I couldn’t stop the order as it was being processed. What I didn’t appreciate was that they were coming from china. When the 2nd pair of shoes arrived, unfortunately they were also the wrong size ( I’m normally a 43 Eu size). Both pairs of shoes are currently in the process of being returned back to China but unfortunately the cost of returning them cost almost as much as the shoes. If I had known that the shoes were being shipped from china I would have never ordered them.

Under no circumstances order from these! The quality is absolutely horrendous! They ship direct from china and the shoes/clothes stink like they've just come out of a sweat shop! It’s not even worth sending back for a refund as the custom charges and shipping back to china are not worth it due to the price and that’s if they accept a refund! Stay clear!

Good Construction but definitely 2 sizes to small. Also company and distribution is not based in the UK do returns is very difficult

Poor material- possibly synthetic- crudely made, colour not as shown on photo, advert gave false impression of English manufacture. Thus expensive for such a product. But at least it arrived on time.

I would give less than one star if I could. The bag arrived with a us d chewing gum gluing the inside pocket together.. not attempting to send it back just going to bin the bag. £44 down the drain..disgusting. Will never use this company again. First and only experience.

Item was not as shown in image so it was deceiving.
The item was totally different to the image on the website. Disappointed. Did not know it’ll be shipped from China and have to pay for return shipment. Will never purchase from here again.

ordered item does not match description , the fact does not have any label on -ordered shirt advertised as linen and is not linen as I have few linen items , some cheap blend of material content. Contacted them to ask as they advise before send item back to get their approval and return label paid by them-I send all pictures they asked they accepted is not as advertaised still told me send item for my cost including taxes to China . then offered 10 % refund of postage cost , now 30% to keep item not send back . Very bad experience , I got tricked into their scam won’t buy wron them again and I’m disputing them

Very disappointed, I ordered a shirt size 40-41 chest, after waiting 2 weeks for delivery it arrived, the size was about 2 inches too small!! The quality of the shirt was average to poor. Inquired about returning the shirt to be informed it was £10 to £20 postage for a shirt that cost £27 so I decided not to bother returning the shirt, lesson learnt!!
