Awful!! Do not buy from here! Material is paper thin. Not as described at all and comes from china. The clothes are complete tat

Item was not as shown in image so it was deceiving.
The item was totally different to the image on the website. Disappointed. Did not know it’ll be shipped from China and have to pay for return shipment. Will never purchase from here again.

ordered item does not match description , the fact does not have any label on -ordered shirt advertised as linen and is not linen as I have few linen items , some cheap blend of material content. Contacted them to ask as they advise before send item back to get their approval and return label paid by them-I send all pictures they asked they accepted is not as advertaised still told me send item for my cost including taxes to China . then offered 10 % refund of postage cost , now 30% to keep item not send back . Very bad experience , I got tricked into their scam won’t buy wron them again and I’m disputing them

Very disappointed, I ordered a shirt size 40-41 chest, after waiting 2 weeks for delivery it arrived, the size was about 2 inches too small!! The quality of the shirt was average to poor. Inquired about returning the shirt to be informed it was £10 to £20 postage for a shirt that cost £27 so I decided not to bother returning the shirt, lesson learnt!!

Everything about this website and company makes you think it is a British quality brand. But beware it is not! Items come from China, meaning returns are extremely expensive and tricky. They prefer to offer you a small % refund and allow you to keep the product. The item was very poor quality compared to the photos and description.

Ordered on the 20th of August still waiting for the delivery 😭

My order took longer than expected to arrive despite paying extra for express delivery. The item of clothing I ordered is very poor quality and is not wearable. Very cheap material. Returns need to be paid for by the buyer as well as customs charges to send back to China so not really worth it. Very disappointed and complete waste of money. Should have checked reviews prior to ordering.

First Problem with delivery ,second trying to send item back for refund was going to cost as much to send it back as much as I paid for item ,would definitely not order anything else from this website,if I new it was from china I definitely wouldn’t have ordered anything.

Quality of the shirt material is very thin and finishing untidy. Product didn’t match the marketing impression. Label recommends dry cleaning.

Total scam! Harrington and Oxford? Where did they get their name i wonder? Has no connection to either! Chinese sweat shop rip off - Avoid at all cost !

A company presenting itself as a British company but it is actually cheap, poor quality products from China. I ordered a necklace and the quality can only be compared to something you find in a Christmas cracker. It didn't even look like the product in the online photo. Got the option to send it back but the postage was nearly as much as the product. Avoid this company.

Ordered an Extra Large, what arrive was more like a Medium or Small - very disappointed, my wife is now wearing a shirt buttoned on the 'mans side'

Order placed on 11th August, I guessed my size because there was no size guide on their website. Tracking shows that my order was sent from outside the UK but this was not made clear when placed, and I still haven’t received it (today is 30th August). It’s very unlikely that I’ll be placing any further orders.

I received my shirts in good time but unfortunately I wanted to send them back, having stated easy returns on their website i thought this process would have been nice and simple, far from it. I am yet to hear back from customer support after sending two emails and trying to phone twice. Completely unacceptable.

Goods are poor quality supposed to be linen they are not and nothing like the picture . Arrived late and shipped from china. Do not buy from this company

A quick update to the review below…..no update from this scam company however having submitted a payment claim through my bank i have had a full refund paid back onto my card. Nice work Monzo!!!

Disappointing experience with Harrington Oxford. I ordered moc-toe boots based on photographs and the description on its website. The boots delivered were a different design and had wording stamped along the side, which was not shown or mentioned online.

Customer support acknowledged by email that the boots differed from the product displayed. However, instead of arranging a prepaid return, the company initially offered a 10% refund if I kept them, later increasing this to 20%.

For a full refund, I was instructed to send the boots to China at my expense using tracked international delivery. The return form also made me responsible for customs fees, paperwork and monitoring Chinese customs clearance, with a refund dependent on the parcel reaching and being approved by its warehouse.

This appears inconsistent with Harrington Oxford’s return policy, which states that it covers return shipping when an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, and specifically says it will cover costs where the item differs from what was ordered.

I rejected the incorrect goods and asked the company to provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection. At the time of writing, it has refused to do so. Buyers should examine the return arrangements before ordering.

Dispute payment in your credit card to stop scammers receiving funds. Scam company - send out cheap fakes - returns to Chinese address.

Order arrived within estimated delivery period.
Product lived up to expectations.
