Do not recommend ordering from here. Pictures for the cargo trousers are completely different to what you receive. Have to return items overseas & print your own form off to fill out. Also had to jump through hoops to even get a form! Not worth the hassle find a UK seller!

I placed an order for a hoodie for my son's birthday with express delivery. That was 13 days ago.. still not received and no response to my e mails chasing it either. . Im thinking it's a scam.. dont lose your money!

For those who don’t know this business model, Harrington is positioning itself as a UK fashion brand though all the clothes are imported from China on order. I found the quality of the trousers and shirt to be poor, and not accurate sizing. I tried to return 2 of the 3 pieces I bought (would have been 3 but needed had no time after the 2 week delivery to buy something else before a holiday), then was told I would need to arrange and pay for return shipping to China, including any duties, etc. decided it was too much of a faff and the customer services decided to offer me a part refund - the reason I’ve given them 2 stars.

Please be aware of the above before buying.

Not satisfied with the product (shoes). Quality doubtful. On returning them (£21 by Parcelforce) the refund can only be likened to pulling teeth without an anaesthetic!!!
It has taken 6 weeks to get a partial refund (75% of original order), only after numerous emails and threatening applying to VISA for a refund. Returned package is still with YIWU customs with whom this company do not seem to co-operate.

Absolutely horrendous product. Cheap Chinese crap masquerading as a quality London based company. Coat took 2 weeks to arrive and it is honestly the worst piece of clothing I have ever order. Looks nothing like the photos. Customer service is none existent. Zero correspondence after emailing multiple times. The site needs shutting down. Do not order from here.

Website representing high end British fashion, what arrives 11 days later, despite paying for fast delivery, is the cheapest nastiest garment drop shipped from China that doesn’t match the quality or description at all.

ordered a pair of shoes, shoebox came beat up inside of the shipping bag, not very happy about it as it was given to someone else as a gift

Rubbish quality, misleading marketing, don’t waste your hard earned money on this company.

Not good customer service at all. Ordered a shirt which arrived in a lowest quality which was 27 Gbp totally worthless. No branding no logo on the shirt and rubbish quality. No value for money!

Size nowhere near what it says and different colour to photo. Delivery was 2wks.
To send it back you have to pay customs fee which is more than half the price of the item but they offer you 10% back to keep item.

Poor quality of the item received. I assumed the warehouse was in the UK. It is, in fact, in China.
My returned item was redelivered back to me after 4 months as labelled "insufficient documentation" at the customs.

I would never buy from this company again. For the price I paid, the quality was absolutely disgraceful—the shoes did not even appear to be genuine leather. They arrived completely crushed and compressed, with such an overpowering chemical smell that it was unbearable. They were so badly misshapen that you could barely tell they were supposed to be a pair of shoes.

The advertised “easy returns” process was anything but easy. The return forms could not be filled in properly, I had to arrange the postal labels myself, and I was expected to provide photographic evidence proving that the parcel had been sent back.

I am extremely unhappy and feel completely let down. The product was nowhere near the quality advertised, and the complicated returns process made an already terrible experience even worse. An appalling purchase from beginning to end. 0 out of ten

If I could score zero I would. Scam company based in China. Harrington Oxford Linen trousers which were all screwed up and in a messy ball, The item is not linen and is polyester and not as described. Item doesn't fit and is too short with bell bottoms not described. So thin and not fit for purpose. Asked for refund to be told instructions will be sent via email. You then have to pay recorded delivery at your expense to China and they state will give you 10% back and to keep the item. Linen trousers were £40 and quality so poor and not described or usable.....

Didn't tell me item was coming from China!! So took weeks to arrive-almost missed the wedding date. Suit was frayed and came banana yellow-not pale yellow! No response to my emails. Waste of £80!!! Do not buy.

I ordered two shirts for my partner - one stated as linen and one I assumed was linen. The advertising was highly misleading implying these were classy British products. They turned out to be cheap, poor quality cotton and polyester. They took longer to arrive than expected and I was able to track them from another country through customs. When delivered they appeared to have been sent from within uk. A poor experience in all ways.

Was nothing like the picture flimsy material and not impressed

This is honestly one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in the UK.

They advertise one thing on their website and then deliver something completely different. I ordered a suit based on the pictures and description shown online, but what I received was nothing like what was advertised. The suit I received was absolute rubbish and certainly not what I paid for.

Naturally, I wanted to return the product, but this is where the nightmare really started. For the past one week, I have been going back and forth with their customer service, and they still have not provided a clear, practical, or effective way to return the item.

Instead, they keep telling me that I am responsible for paying the full return shipping cost to China. Quite frankly, that is bloody ridiculous when the product I received is completely different from what was advertised in the first place.

The entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and incredibly poor. The quality is nowhere near what was represented on their website, and the customer service has been an absolute pain in the arse.

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to stay well away. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save yourself the money, stress, and bloody headache.

Misleading Brand. Website suggests a premier clothing brand, but in reality is nothing more than taking orders and shipping direct from China. Slow delivery - still haven't received my purchase after a month. Add on delivery protection without any warning on checkout. Will not be using twice!
