do not buy from this company, products are not as pictured, awful cheap tat.

Dreadful: a scam, my order has not been delivered and I have not received a refund and customer service is intermittent and unhelpful

Scamming company, sent from china, to small and when you return it cost a fortune and they don't like to take any responsibility.

I ordered something headed ‘linen trousers’ but (when you look at the detail) described it as ‘linen blend’. (I should have been wary when no further details of the fabric were given.) However, the trousers I received are 100% polyester: how can that be described as ‘linen blend’?! I have now contacted customer services twice in the last week to get details of how to return the item, but have not had any reply.

The bag I ordered took over a week to arrive and wasn’t the colour described or shown on the website so returning for a refund

The jacket i ordered is nothing like the picture on their web site, its different material, polyester not leather and does not even fit, when i went to return the item i had to source a courier that would handle custom and excise and export duties , in other words, virtually impossible to return.
Stay away from this company i believe its a scam web site

Paid for express delivery but still took two weeks to arrive. Product is very poor quality and nowhere near worth the money. I didn’t look at reviews prior to purchase but seems that many other buyers have experienced the same poor quality and service. Do not buy from this company

jacket looks nothing like what was advertised,ordered large size seems like a small size delivery longer than expected would never use agai.

Without being dramatic this is the worst experience I have ever had when buying a product. I ordered a jogger and jumper combo for £40 and when it finally arrived I was left with disappointment. The product I was sent was not what was described on the website and did not match the photos. I then emailed Harrington Oxford to get a refund where back and forth convocation got me nowhere. I was offered to either pay for shipping back to China and get a refund or keep the item and get a 10% return however this was not good enough as the product i was sent is worth a maximum of £10 at a push and shipping to china is expensive. I then sent another email stating that this is not acceptable as this is not the product I have ordered and not the fault of me but their own. They then came back to say they would give me a 20% refund and I can keep the item but they will not provide me with pre paid postage as the item is "dissatisfactory" and "a matter of preference". I then emailed them for once again (starting to get frustrated) saying this isn't a matter of opinion or the item being dissatisfactory as I have been missed the item, I further went to say how I would class this as unlawfull due to this being false advertising.
At the point of writing this review I am awaiting a response from my last email however, if this is not solved I will be initiating a charge back through my bank in which I will get my money back.

In single terms- poor experience, terrible clothing, false advertising, and very difficult.

Rubbish product that is nothing like the image on the website. Anybody who is silly enough to order anything from this bunch of crooks should tale a look at there online reviews. When you request a return you are basically told you can have a 50 discount voucher off your next purchase or you n have to pay the return fee to china including import/customs fees. The jacket ordered honestly looks like its from a jumble sale

DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP

The product itself is very good, thank you.
It is the delivery that upset me.
You told me that it would be delivered by Royal Mail - that was not true. You delivered it by Evri.
In the first stages of the despatch you sent me a 3-page message each time you changed the package from your right hand to your left hand.
Then you said that it was on the final stages of delivery, and there was then silence for three days. On the day that you delivered it I left my flat at 10.30 and was away all day and you sent me some message at about 11.30 and at about 4.30 you said that you had "delivered" it. And I got home at about 5.45 pm. There was no package. Your photo of the "delivery" showed me where you had hidden it.
So I did receive it.
So your delivery system may suit you but it worked poorly for me, and certainly not up to all the enthusiasm that you generated at the start. For me it was all guff and poor delivery.

Terrible do not purchase anything from this company

Ordered a thick long dressing gown from what looked like a UK website. Delivery took 10 days as it came from china. Dressing gown was very chin and cheaply made. Not what I ordered at all. Won’t be ordering from here again. Very misleading.

The product was good, well made.
The delivery time was not so good as it took a long time, over all I am happy with the product.

Ordered wing tip boots in navy. Came black, have emailed and phoned but yet no replay back. Disappointed.

Fake Chinese company called WHOP in Guangdong run this scam. All goods are fakes so don't be fooled by their illegal website.

advertise as british company but products shipped from China suggests otherwise, I ordered shoes and they took almost 2 weeks to arrive. there are better british sites to choose from

Can't comment on the jacket as I still haven't received it after more than two weeks so not really happy with that speed of service.
