This is a scam site. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SONS OF B*TCHES!

They model themselves as a quintessential British brand but in reality is Chinese trash made out of the worst quality fabric (even if you can call it that) you’ll ever see. Stay away!!

Quite the experience! I purchased a Christmas jumper for the forthcoming season and then rather enjoyed tracking its journey from China to home, a timespan of just over a week. When the product was delivered it was extremely well packaged and presented and I was hoping that would lead to a good quality jumper too. On opening the package I was initially disappointed as the jumper was not the colour advertised or purchased. The quality of the garment, however, is very good and the colour (a more subtle blue and cream with no flashes of red) quickly grew on me and probably better reflects my taste. Hence I'm happy but I've marked the overall experience as good rather than excellent because of the inaccurate colour depiction of the item on the website.

Order looks nothing like the picture. It is cheap quality. It purports to be from a UK manufacturer and the address is in the UK but it comes from China. Trading standards will be alerted to this misrepresentation. I bought thinking I was getting a good quality UK made item and it is cheap rubbish.

If i could give less than one i would. Despite the name of the company having a british domain, they are actually a company in China. Trying to return is a nightmare, we are having go navigate and cover cost of shipment china.

Shoes are a narrow fit and of poor quality

Very poor service, very poor after care.
Cheep poor quality product, wrong size sent, i asked for a refund and they said we will give you 20% off your next order and you can keep the product. I have asked for a refund but no answer yet.

Don’t make the same mistake!

When I ordered the jacket, I entered a 20% discount code. This showed up as taking 20% off and so I clicked to pay. Once the transaction had been completed, I had actually been charged the full amount plus an additional £2.99 for postal insurance which I had not selected. This has left a very bad impression of Harrington and Oxford with me.

As for the jacket, it is a good fit (I'm 5'9" with a 38" chest and the size was medium). However, it doesn't have a coat hook loop which is a pain.

Wish I’d read the reviews, but my experience is just as most. Poor delivery despite paying for 4 day delivery, item still not recieved 10 days after order placed! Tried emailing company, no acknowledgement or response, tried calling, left message as it’s only a mobile number, no response.

Reading other reviews, might have to write of the £40 I spent.

Item never received, no one answers phone or email, complete scam. Pretends to be an English company but it isn’t. Complete frauds

Would never use again, awful customer service. Waited over two weeks now for delivery, now trying to chase refund. Multiple emails to get any kind of response

Coat I ordered was of terrible quality. Delivery took 10 days from date of order.Then had to email to get details of how to return.
Overall terrible customer service, suggest others avoid.

The sizes are to small and the quality not as advertised hard to return items not very pleased as not cheap

Never received the suit for a special event hence the very poor rating.
Evri ‘ tracking site ‘ had it benroute to them to then be delivered. Then showed the delivery as cancelled.

I genuinely feel that even 1 star is far too generous for the standard of clothing I received.

The quality of this tracksuit is extremely poor. It doesn’t even have a proper clothing label, and the material feels incredibly cheap — honestly, it feels worse than something you’d expect from Shein.

When I tried to return it, I was told I would have to pay out of my own pocket to send it back abroad, which is completely unreasonable. I was then offered just a 10% refund to keep the tracksuit instead.

For the amount of money I paid, I expected a much higher standard of clothing and customer service. The quality is nowhere near what I expected, and the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

A deplorable company who send out completely wrong garment and then prevaricate repeatedly asking for more evidence to avoid a refund. They do not merit one star, avoid. Also be aware their site looks typically British but is not UK based and goods are despatched from China

The shirt I ordered and received looked nothing like the picture online, it wasn't linen, colour was different and it was cheap and nasty. I have emailed to return it but not received a response. Would advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to look elsewhere. Their goods and service are awful.

Total scam – Pretended to be a UK trader but shipped from China!
Absolute scam. The website completely tricks you into thinking they are a legitimate UK trader, but the item actually ships from China. I ordered a size Medium jacket, but they sent me a massive XXL. On top of that, the material and design look nothing like the photos on the website, and the package didn't even include a physical invoice. When I contacted customer service about their mistake, they were incredibly unhelpful. They are demanding that I pay the expensive international postage fees to ship it back to China to get a refund. Do not trust this website; they are hiding their true location and using deceptive practices.

When purchasing from you i did all my research, I wanted to buy British and British produce. So you can imagine my utter dissapointment when I learned my goods had been dispatched feom China.

My disappointment was increased 100% when the goods turned up, low quality, cheap and not the materials I would have chosen.

I will not be buying from you again and as such stop emailing me please.
