We purchased the warranty for our bike. My son had a spoke break and caused him to crash. Happyrunsports was more than helpful. They answered my emails very quickly and took care of our problem with no issues. I would recommend this company!

When I frist got my bike it had a bad inter tube on back had to order a new one got it 4days later but I change it out now I'm happy very impressed by the way this bike handle in rockey hilley country I love it it kinda scarey as fast as it goes but I handle it well I took seat off and installed a rack on back it great for my backpack and bow

Product shipped as advertised. All components were in the box. Assembly was easy although directions could have been better. Happyrun service responded quickly to my question. I love my G100 Pro it is fun. Have had 4 months so far so good no problems.

The G70 bike that I bought has made me able to get out of my apartment as a person with a disability. It has helped with my severe depression and anxiety so thank you. A great product in my opinion

This is my second Yellow G100. The price point is good as is the quality of the bike. I've looked around and came back to this bike. It'suits my need perfectly. I recommend it.

This e-bike is the best! I use it to go to work. I go in the dark but the light is bright. I get there quick and easy. No problems. Will probably get another one!

The bike is awesome! It is sturdy and runs great. My grandson absolutely loves it. For me the warranty and customer service made me delighted. We had a bad part and they quickly sent replacement part and reimbursed me for repairs, that is 5 star customer service!!

They have came through with every promise that they have promised me their customer service has been great I mean I haven't seen the downside to him if you ever have a problem there's always somebody there to help you the honor their warranties they work with you on anything it's a great company. I purchased G100 Pro through their website during the Black Friday Sale. I received the bike in only 2 days, unfortunately it had E2, throttle error, right out of the box. I emailed Happyrun and they sent me a new one right away through USPS, so it took a bit longer than the FedEx. But, can't fault Happyrun trying to keep the expenses to minimum. I have read some bad reviews about their service, but my experience has been very positive.

The bike performance is great, the range is great, but the build quality standard is not up to par. The bike frame looks cheaply made, and the rear wheel is not perfectly circular/round. The display is difficult to see in bright day light.
For the 2.0 version; up the build quality, softer seat and make the little storage area to a lockable compartment.

I purchased a HappyRun G 100 from a buyer on offer up. However, I purchased the bike with no key. I begin to stress thinking I might not get to ride this bike. I contacted HappyRun support and they were able to generate a new key for my bike. They are very professional very helpful and very welcoming. I am not only a happy customer I am overly satisfied and would recommend the HappyRun brand for E Bike for all as one of the best E Bike on the market, especially for places like New York, where police are constantly stopping people on their bikes and confiscating them. HappyRun solves that problem, while still being able to enjoy comfort and speed. This bike is a must have.

Thank you HappyRun for the chance with my new bike, I plan on using it for errands too. It has a POWERFUL big motor! I appreciate HappyRun for being so innovative and creative finding ways to improve their product because the G100 Pro I bought has a battery equalizer equipped so no aftermarket needs.

The ride is soooo comfortable and smooth with fast responsive speeds as is, no upgrades needed. I love this bike!

My bike comes with a free helmet, chain lock, mirrors and a rear rack on top of the two batteries with a single charger utilizing two cords to charge both batteries at the same time if needed.

I Ordered on November 13th and bike came in a huge nicely packed package on November 18th!

I love my happy run, it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made. It gets me where I need to be. Top speed 51 miles per hour.

Well, first off the bike is just as advertised. Very quick and fast. I needed to have a part replaced they sent me the part quickly. I like the size of the bike and as well as the dual batteries for long rides is awesome. I would really recommend this bike.

What made a great experience for me was the customer service the answer my questions promptly and we're genuine and helpful the improvements they made to the Tank G100 pro are very good the electrical wiring underneath the seat great Improvement super clean if I had a picture I'd post it well capable of handling 80 amps the switch is replaced with a battery balancer 40 amps * 2* 84 volts this bikes capable of peak over 6,000 Watts xt90 connectors throughout the wiring no Spade lugs used in the wiring good job team
