I love my bike for the first for 4,000 miles but trying to do basic maintenance or communicate with warranty is not worth it. I've spent a month trying to get my motor replaced. They sent an incomplete product they didn't send any parts or information refuse to send manuals or communicate. They seem to have folks working warranty that have never touched their vehicles and do not understand how they work as well.
I have a 2-year warranty and it's not worth waiting two years to get the parts from the warranty company.

Thank you for a wonderful experience and a great bike. You guys resolved any issue a had quickly and diligently. HappyRun made me a happy customer. I really like my G100 Pro.

Great customer service I ordered f18 decided I wanted the g18pro they helped me change the order and received the bike in under a week awesome bike great service took maybe 45mins to put the bike together very easy thank you happy run would recommend you

7 months now and my Christmas gift to my grandson is sitting in a box waiting for a return label for over a month. Bad kick stand would not hold the bike up. 4 sprockets and peddle repairs. Code 30 electronic repair. broken handlebars while riding. 15 emails and nothing. They promised a return and replace or refund. Nothing! Don't buy a Happy Run bike!

Changing the G70 on short notice without front loading your distributors, it causes tension.

The G70 batteries were downsized, I had no notice, and was not informed until I called the company on it! Could be perceived as deceptive. By downsizing from 38ah to 26ah, you've effectively reduced the range by approximately 12 miles. This is a huge difference, with no real price change. UL rating for larger batteries please.

And the idea that you are attempting to comply with regulatory changes in some states is misguided. You are not the police force. Forcing a maximum 20mph speed on the screen is ridicules. Let the consumer make the choice. If I unlock it, I want to see the true speed of the bike, not some artificial number.

Also, as a distributor that works on these bikes from time to time. Changing the configuration of the wiring, for example...the pedal assist connection is at the bottom and not the top at the controller is very frustrating when confronted with these changes. The swap out of the controller at this point is a big headache!

As a distributor selling your bikes, if you offer freebies to online buyers, you should strongly consider doing the same for your wholesale distributors. Making us compete for sales from online free giveaways (pump, phone holder, bike lock, & cargo rack) are unfair advantages we can't compete with and stay in business. Please give us something....

Customer service was great always there to answer any questions and fix any problem delivery of anything I ordered has always been ontime love this company and will continue to do business whenever the need arises that I need another quality built electric bike we have put over a 1000 miles on the two g300 pro,so we have and there still going strong.

The delivery date was wrong by 2 days.
The frame is not aluminum it is magnetic which means it is some kind of steel.
The phone number is for their warehouse in California and it is staffed with warehouse workers not sales or technical staff and their phone system is bad.
The PAS might as well not exist it appears to do nothing when in modes 2 through 5 and a little resistance in mode 1.
The bike is hard to mount and unmount.
I do not believe it will travel 75 miles on a charge but I will attempt to find out.

No customer service, no technical support. Don't buy unless you are an excellent mechanic and can do all the work yourself. Only had 1 year - getting motor failure code - contact technical support. That's a joke - there is no technical support and no repair shop can work on it because everything on it is proprietary. I was told find a local dealer - there is no local dealer. Don't buy!!!

The bike is amazing. Well built, well engineered and was a great value, especially at the sale price that i bought it at. Had been looking at this for a long time and finally decided to buy it. No regrets. Shipped and delivered very quickly and was well packaged with great assembly instructions.

Unsatisfactory customer service. That I received a new key and a nation, but it does not allow the bike to power on.I haven't wrote my bike in a months, and it's still on the warranty, and it's under 300 miles on the bike.I'm not happy with customer service , not just sending me a new battery

The G100 Pro is a beautiful e-bike. It has great styling, comfort, amazingly quiet, Fast and built for road. trail or mountain biking. The four pad hydraulic brakes stop you fast if needed. The dual batteries and dual port charger are excellent allowing the bike reach out on a ride The card start controller & display are wonderfully. showing you milage, speed turn signals. battery like and the selected pedal assist mode that your using. The fat tires are also inspired for road to all Terrain. the customer service has been excellent and I love that
it was free shipping, it can quickly and in perfect condition.

The only problem found was me. I'm 5'7" and it's difficult for me to get on and stop as my feet hardly touch the ground.

This company is a joke, was excited for the f18. I rarely get frustrated about online purchases and logistics since I work for a warehouse company. I understand what kind of work goes into getting orders and getting them shipped. People are not perfect and everyone makes mistakes. Logistics and supply chain take a lot of organization to get right. But this is ridiculous. It’s been 5 entire days after I ordered my bike choosing affirm to pay over time and getting an order number. Haven’t heard anything about any tracking or anything in almost a FULL week.. I’m just at shock. No planet in the world does it take that long of a full entire work week to get a product that has an order number and a location to get to out the door.. especially when it’s $1,300 bike and not (for example)socks that get moved hundreds of thousands at a time. I emailed them twice now, dm’d them on instagram, and called twice to try and leave a message but nobody answers. This is seriously a bad company doing business with. And the worst part is the product can be hit or miss. Tons of people saying there’s power/charging problems. Then there’s people saying it won’t start at all, and then there’s people praising the bikes about how great they are, so you never know which is gonna show up at your door after your out $2,000. But today they had time to approve my affirm loan, but still no reply to my emails or anything. I am a first time buyer and this will be my first e-bike and my last from happyrun. This is the most frustrating company to purchase from.
