Happy to continue with Happen

Slight delays on orders as they seem to be getting 1-2 days later every month resulting in missing days her and there. Wasn’t delighted on the pressure to write the 5* review while I was on the phone doing my monthly review BUT the fact they do the reviews speaks a lot to the other companies who are more concerned about getting the payment. Will continue to use this company

Excellent support

Spoke to Krishan today about a few questions I had , I was considering using another provider solely due to cost , however I have decided to stay and make use of the excellent customer service that Happen offer and the service they offer . They are available and to be fair every time I have phoned there is always helpful staff member to provide support. You cannot put a price on your health and I feel very comfortable with this company, Krishan has also arranged for a wellness coach to contact me to provide support re nutrition which I will fine very helpful , I have considered other providers but they don’t offer the support Happen provides

Step back in delivery service.

Disappointed that I have to be in all day for DPD Delivery, with Bluco now organizing the logistics.
Preferred Postal delivery which was always before 9am .
Additional to this, I was phoned up by Happen, they explained that the use of DPD was for security of the delivery of the goods. That some customers had denied having their delivery.
The customer service is excellent, and appreciated my annoyance, but said it was unfortunately nesesery .
So just let me say , I understand why DPD have been employed, and thank Happen for taking the time to reach out.

The delivery from dpd said they tried…

The delivery from dpd said they tried to deliver today and I was not home . I waited in from early morning 7am until5pm . They said they could not deliver until tomorrow. It needs to be in a fridge . I am not happy as they have left on doorstep before .

We're really sorry to hear about the delivery issue you experienced with DPD. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after waiting in all day.
We want to reassure you that the cold pack in your parcel is designed to protect the medication during transit. Its role is to slow heat transfer and help maintain a safe temperature during the delivery.
To clarify our Mounjaro Cold Chain Policy:
The cold chain begins at the time of dispatch.
Mounjaro can remain out of the fridge for up to 48 hours, as long as the temperature stays below 30°C.
If received within that 48-hour window, the pens can go straight into the fridge and will remain safe to use until the expiry date.
If received after 48 hours, the pens are still usable, but must be used within 30 days.
We’re disappointed to hear that DPD did not complete the delivery as expected — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we will be raising this directly with them.
A member of our team has already been in touch with you to resolve the matter and we can see the order has been successfully redelivered .

having to complainagain about this company that seems to put customer care at the very bottom of their priorities. i had a lady call me about a delivery of monjaro that came late and was not chilled so i did not use it and they refused to refund or replace but did say she would call me back in 48 hours still waiting a week later DO NOT USE HAPPEN

As outlined in our final response sent to you on 21/07/2025, your order was delivered within the required 48-hour window, in line with cold chain requirements. We also provided reassurance based on manufacturer guidelines confirming the safety of your medication under these conditions.
You informed us on multiple occasions that you disposed of the pen based on personal advice, without first consulting our clinical or pharmacy team. Please note, we would have been happy to clarify the cold chain integrity and confirm the product's safety if contacted. As the medication was not faulty and you chose to discard it without clinical consultation, we are unable to issue a refund.
Your feedback regarding background noise has already been acknowledged and escalated to our management team for improvement. This has also been communicated to you directly.

According to our records:
17/07/25: Your order was delivered.
18/07/25: You called to report a potential fault with your pen. We immediately requested photos to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
19/07/25: Before providing the requested images, you advised us via email that you had left a negative review and would be posting further on other platforms.
22/07/25: We emailed to ask for a close-up image of the red bung area (where the needle attaches), as the initial photo you sent didn’t clearly show this.
22/07/25 (10:10am): You responded to say you would be unable to send further images until Thursday.
22/07/25 (11:01am): You emailed again stating your intention to raise a chargeback with your bank.
22/07/25 (18:05pm): You sent an additional photo.
23/07/25: We reviewed the image and followed up to clarify that we still require a clearer photo of the red bung in order to assess the issue properly.
Please be assured that we take reports of faulty medication extremely seriously. However, in order to replace a pen, we are required to follow proper investigation protocols to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. We have repeatedly attempted to obtain the necessary information to help you, but without the specific images of the pen’s bung, we are unable to confirm a fault or proceed with a replacement.

Delivery options

Product arrived in good condition. Delivery options very restrictive. More flexibility with Royal Mail as previous orders. Last one sent via DPD who can only hand to myself with PIN number. No option to have delivered to DPD pick up facility or other option. Working 12 hour days in hospital I do not have the flexibility to be at home at drop of a hat & have nobody to receive on my behalf. If deliveries continue to be sent via this courier will need to likely cancel subscription as causing great deal of stress. DPD don’t allow any change to delivery slot allocated. What happens if a failed delivery attempt is made? You claim not to refund or accept returns but offer NO flexibility in delivery options. If my orders continue be sent via Royal Mail would not have a problem.

What a disorganised bunch!

What an armature group. After 4 months treatment and numerous contradictory emails from 5 different people they have stopped my prescription because I asked for my medicine a week early as I was going on holiday.
Today I received 2 letters one saying that my money for this months treatment would be deducted next week (27th) and that I had to answer their questions. All 3 requests of info and photo’s were sent 2 weeks ago AND the funds were deducted on the 16th!,
The 2nd letter said that they would not supply anymore !
I’m printing everything off and sending it to the Pharmacy Council! Then trading Standards.
Who ever runs this outfit needs to look at who is doing what!

To clarify, we do not stop prescriptions simply because a patient is going on holiday. In fact, we regularly adjust payment and delivery dates to accommodate travel plans—especially during the busy summer months. We’re always happy to support early deliveries when needed.

You also mentioned receiving a letter about an upcoming payment on the 27th, despite believing your prescription had been stopped. Please be assured that our system would not generate such a notification if your treatment had been fully discontinued. In cases where our clinical team determines that ongoing treatment may no longer be appropriate, patients are always contacted directly and clearly informed.
