Very easy process to change suppliers

Great service, alerts in time delivery, quick responses.

I have been using Curely pharmacy for 6 months and in that time I have never had any problems with my orders, which always arrive within 24-48 hours of being shipped.
They have always answered any questions or queries quickly by message on their site or by email and I have found them to be polite, helpful and professional at all times.

They don’t respond to emails.

Went well. A lot of hoops to get through and seem to be in the wrong order. Online consultation then Selected meds paid so money gone from account then had to take a picture of existing prescription then had a consultation online for 5 mins then have to send 2 pictures. Just seemed a bit of a faff and in the wrong order

Really impressed so far. Very professional company promptly replying to emails and answering questions. Face to face short video call with knowledgeable callers. Great service and chosen product was delivered promptly ad promised.

Curely charged me for a subscription and then tried to withhold 50% of my money as a "cancellation fee," even though the order hadn't been shipped. They only returned my money in full after I advised them I would raise a formal report to the GPhC. Their practices are highly misleading and designed to penalize customers. Proceed with caution.

Product and service great but took nearly a week for the post office to deliver. Sorry but can’t compete with Amazon delivery. Would not use if in a hurry

Very good, I'm on the subscription for mounjaro and the price is competitive. Delivery has been good although with it being delivered in a cool pack if you miss the delivery with royal mail they don't deliver to a neighbour. They return and come back the following day which worries me regarding the temperature element and shelf life of what is a very expensive medical package, especially if you are purchasing it well in advance. A hot summer's day may cause problems if you miss delivery and the package gets warm.

At my video call on Friday 10 April, I was assured my pen would be despatched on the 13th for delivery on the 14th! I had also put on my order that I had been stranded in the Middle East so had had a gap! I rang twice on the 13th and left details for a callback, they didn’t happen at all! I have raised a complaint & had absolutely no correspondence confirming receipt! You should not be in business, you lack everything that falls under a positive customer service! Dreadful organisation
