What a disorganised bunch!

What an armature group. After 4 months treatment and numerous contradictory emails from 5 different people they have stopped my prescription because I asked for my medicine a week early as I was going on holiday.
Today I received 2 letters one saying that my money for this months treatment would be deducted next week (27th) and that I had to answer their questions. All 3 requests of info and photo’s were sent 2 weeks ago AND the funds were deducted on the 16th!,
The 2nd letter said that they would not supply anymore !
I’m printing everything off and sending it to the Pharmacy Council! Then trading Standards.
Who ever runs this outfit needs to look at who is doing what!

To clarify, we do not stop prescriptions simply because a patient is going on holiday. In fact, we regularly adjust payment and delivery dates to accommodate travel plans—especially during the busy summer months. We’re always happy to support early deliveries when needed.

You also mentioned receiving a letter about an upcoming payment on the 27th, despite believing your prescription had been stopped. Please be assured that our system would not generate such a notification if your treatment had been fully discontinued. In cases where our clinical team determines that ongoing treatment may no longer be appropriate, patients are always contacted directly and clearly informed.

I’ve looked into your order, which was created on 4th July and processed as quickly as possible — it was dispatched on 9th July because the 5th–6th July is a weekend when our pharmacy and couriers do not operate.
Your delivery was then attempted on 10th July, but unfortunately could not be completed as the required PIN code was not provided at the time. This security step is in place to ensure safe delivery of your medication.

Upon reviewing your order, I’d like to clarify that the delay occurred because your Initial monthly review had not yet been completed. This review is required for clinical approval and must be submitted before we can proceed with dispatching your medication. Our team reached out to you to help complete this, and once it was done, we processed your order as a priority.
The delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel earlier, but unfortunately, the first attempt was unsuccessful. A second delivery was then completed on the 16th.

Starting to question this company

Started off good, delivery was on time and no real issues with reorders until now. Dpd failed to deliver on Friday, the day I normally administer the injection. No customer services over the weekend, get a reply to my complaint Monday say it will be delivered again, waiting on another day as they want a PIN code, still nothing and no update. Making me question if this new delivery is the original from Friday, in which case the medication will be no good as it needs to be kept chilled. Don’t rate their customer service in these situations.

Your claim that a delivery was attempted is false, no driver attended my property or was there even an attempt to make the delivery. If you need cctv evidence, I’ll happily supply this.
While I appreciate you dispatch your orders in a timely manner, your courier did not attend my property.

Order & Dispatch Timeline - Your order was created on 07/07/25 and dispatched without delay on 10/07/25, well within our standard 72-hour processing window. The tracking records confirm that the delivery attempt was made on 11/07/25, but unfortunately, it failed due to a missing or invalid PIN code required at delivery. Subsequent attempts were not successful, and the parcel is currently being returned to us.

Cold Chain & Medication Safety - We understand your concerns about the medication's stability. Mounjaro is shipped in line with strict cold chain protocols. As per the manufacturer’s guidelines and our own policies: The cold pack in your delivery helps slow heat transfer.
Delivery Requirements - As explained in our Terms & Conditions (section 10.5), we require that someone be present to receive the order and provide a secure PIN to ensure safe handover of prescription medication. We understand this can sometimes be inconvenient, but this policy is in place for patient safety.Customer Service Availability -Our team is available Monday to Friday, and while we do not operate over the weekend, we make it a priority to respond promptly once we reopen. We’re very sorry if this delay caused additional frustration.

Started in March had a positive…

Started in March had a positive experience. Prescription delivered on time. Until this month completed my review as soon as requested to do so. Money taken out early July. Normally delivered by royal mail with no issue. Received an email saying my order would be sent out and delivered by either royal mail or dpd, apparently sent by DPD. Received no tracking number and the track my parcel link did not work.
No attempt to deliver has been made at my property, I have a ring door bell and no cards left.
Now apparently my order has been returned to the pharmacy and I might get it next week.
Disgraceful service. Called again today at 3pm to be told that everyone had already gone home who could deal with it. The person on the phone said I will deal with it Monday. I asked why not today as you are open to 5.30 and no reason was given.

We’d like to clarify the timeline and status of your order. from the time Your order was created ,processed and dispatched promptly, apologies if you felt like the process was delayed however we can see that your order followed the correct time line for it to be processed. you contacted our team and we confirmed that the order was with our dispatch team. At that time, we also sent an email informing you that the parcel would be dispatched the following day, 08/07/25, as scheduled.
The delivery was attempted on 09/07/25; however, it was unsuccessful due to the receiver being unable to provide a valid PIN code. As a result, the parcel has been returned to us by the courier.
If you would like us to resend the order, please confirm the delivery details and ensure the correct PIN code is available at the time of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a redelivery as soon as we hear from you.

Good service aside from delivery arrangements

Really everything is fine, except for the lack of flexibility around deliveries. Happen generally only notifies customers about deliveries the night before, and prevents any rescheduling of the delivery. Finally the last time they even required someone be there in person with a PIN number. This is a nightmare for someone who works away most days.

🔹 Delivery Notifications & Scheduling
we send delivery notifications once your order is dispatched, generally the evening before or the morning of delivery. These alerts include tracking information and, where applicable, a one-hour window with a PIN code for Royal Mail or DPD.
🔹 Why Flexibility is Limited
Once dispatched, the delivery slot is managed by our courier partner. While we endeavour to offer flexible delivery, changes must be made directly via the carrier. We include a direct tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email—with options to reschedule or reroute.
🔹 PIN Requirement & Signature
For sensitive medical items, our courier’s secure delivery process includes PIN or signature verification. This is in line with section 10.5 of our Terms, ensuring the product reaches only the intended recipient.
What You Can Do:
Check your dispatch email for the tracking link and use it to reschedule delivery at your convenience.
If you know you’ll be away or your schedule will prevent delivery, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll flag this for future orders and add notes to your record.

We genuinely want our services to fit around your life. While legal and security constraints limit some flexibility post-dispatch, we’re actively exploring ways to enhance our system within these boundaries.

I have found myself in a position where…

I have found myself in a position where I’ve had to unsubscribe from this company. it’s an absolute joke everything I ordered was late and they seem to think it’s alright because they don’t work weekends. It’s unacceptable. Have been on the phone all week getting delivery cards posted through my letterbox saying sorry we missed you and they think it’s alright to send it a weekly send it back to the depot and then send it out again but still keep an hours of my money I’m absolutely disgusted when you subscribe to a company. You take out a contract as far has concerned they broke that contract. I’ve asked several times for a refund that I’m still waiting. Been in touch with the bank because I feel they stole money off me.
