Have just had a telephone conversation…

Have just had a telephone conversation with Kaz in Customer Care. Kaz was extremely helpful in answering all my questions concerning Mounjaro and my dose as well as possibly ending my journey with Mounjaro now as I have nearly reached my desired weight.
She was friendly, informative and had a great customer service manner.

Would definitely recommend Happen to others. They telephone back when they say they will and offer taylored, professional advice.

I am so pleased with the outcome of my…

I am so pleased with the outcome of my experience with this company I’ve had very little side effects which isn’t even worth mentioning I have lost over stone in the two months and it is the only thing that has ever made me loose weight and I am so excited I would recommend it to anybody that has a weight problem

Excellent customer service by Kas

I have on two occasions had queries regarding my orders and on each occasion have dealt with customer service assistant by the name if KAS. She is so helpful fully professional and a credit to the company ! My queries were dealt with efficiently and completely.

I had to complain about DPD…

I had to complain about DPD delivery...I.e it never arrived ...VERY annoying...Kaz from happen customer service has rang me first thing this morning and sorted /is sorting it all out...she was lovely ...happen do have great customer service....it s a shame DPD let them down...

I have had nothing but a lovely

I have had nothing but a lovely, warm acceptance, from the beginning of my weight loss journey with HAPPEN.
They have always been friendly, helpful and professional, whether it was admin staff or Doctors whom I spoke to.
I had a lovely chat with Dr. Krishan, who was so friendly, kind and helpful.
I have had no side effects from my medication and I am so happy I chose these guys I to help and treat me. I am not at my target weight yet but I know I will get there as I am not on my own, I have everyone at HAPPEN to share my weight loss journey and I have help if I ever need someone. I would like to say a big Thank You to Dr. Krishan, as he was absolutely fantastic with me on the telephone.
