Great Customer Service
The property manager, George was very helpful, kind and made the entire experience easy. My initial email inquiring if a unit was available was answered very quickly. Other places I emailed I still haven't heard back. I'm very happy with the customer service and feel at ease knowing my belongings are safe and secure at this facility.

The clerk who received us was extremely kind, friendly, polite, and very professional. I would recommend anyone this location. We felt very welcomed and taken care off. Really feel like my storage will be in great hands.

Was able to rent a unit in a matter of a day. I could not make it to the location during regular business hours and had difficulty finishing paperwork online. Sharon was able to help me from a separate location.

Excellent customer service!
I currently rent 2 storage units at Guardian and have been completely satisfied from the start. The rental process was quick and easy. Storage units are clean and easily accessible. The manager (Mary) is super friendly, and could not have been more helpful and responsive to my needs. I'm happy to have chosen this facility, and would definitely recommend.

Great experience, Nicole one of the managers in the New Windsor location helped me with everything and was absolutely amazing. Love the staff and experience. Everything is nice and clean and I trust my stuff will be safe and well kept.

Rt 376 Facility HAS gone to the dogs!
Just a tip of the cap to Richard at the RT 376 facility. We have rented rooms from him for years now to store records and supplies for our training program to teach incarcerated individuals how to raise service dogs. One suggestion: CLONE THIS GUY! :>)

HI. The only complaint we have it that our unit is on the end and there is no lighting on the outside as we usually go there at after 5 pm.

Friendly, clean, secure
I recently visited the Saugerties site and was assisted by George. I was able to rent storage space to address my needs immediately.
George provided friendly, helpful service. The grounds are clean and neat. Fenced in grounds provide added security but easy access.
