This facility is extremely clean
This facility is extremely clean. Jeff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The contact process was paperless and seamless. I will recommend this storage facility to everyone at CIA.

Helpful, safe + generally easeful process
My 3-month experience with Guardian Self Storage was very positive. I moved during a particularly stressful period in my life, and Vicki made the accommodations that she could to make the process easier throughout. The ability to easily drive up and get or drop off what I needed was huge. I felt confident that my things were safe and in good care.

A++ wouldn't store belongings anywhere else
The Route 376 property is always well maintained and in excellent condition and area. But the most important reason is the EXCELLENT property manager Rich DeWitt has the best professional and friendly personality. Always eager to help you with any questions or needs. I look forward to hearing his voice when I make my monthly payments. A++ GREAT JOB RICH !!

Easy Access, Affordable Units
I have rented storage units from 2 Guardian locations and have been very pleased each time! Both managers of the Saugerties (George) and Highland (Kristi) locations were very accomodating and helpful in my moving process. Also, the storage facility is super easy access and in safe locations! I would highly recommend Guardian Self Storage!

Clean, friendly
We are a repeat customer of Guardian and could not be more pleased! The entire facility is always clean, and the manager is friendly and helpful. Sometimes when I go to our unit I stop in at the office just to say hello to Richard.

Exceeded expectations!
We visited two Guardian facilities looking for a self-storage unit during a period of low availability. Both of the employees we dealt with were helpful and professional. Within two days, we found what we needed. The communication was efficient and the rental process was smooth. This organization understands customer service!

Great customer service
So, easy to start up at storage unit-first time ever using one. 2nd time I went to the unit-I did not lock it correclty. I rec'd a call to go back and secure it. I am grateful they checked. Very easy access to units. Staff in office in PV and Hyde Park are great.
