Best Storage Company
Anita is always so nice and understanding when it comes to getting a storage unit. I haven’t been with any other storage company because the prices are affordable and the units are spacious. I really love being about of the Guardian Self Storage family.

Great place to store your things!
So far, this is a great experience! I needed a small, temperature controlled unit, in a safe location very quickly. The process was quick and easy. Kristi was friendly and helpful over the phone, but you can also sign up online. I started put my stuff in the same day.

Mold on items, harassed by management
There was mold all over half of my items. Furniture and clothes. It caused us to get sick. The management team harassed us to remove the items we had to leave behind and threatened to charge us a clean out fee. Very disappointed.

A God's send when I needed room
Very easy to book, use. Great staff to make transitioning accommodating. Clean & secure. Highly recommended if you need a temporary solution to your busy & full life.

Excellent experience, Kristi is terrific, was recommended by my daughter and we both agree it is the best storage unit in the area (have tried others but ages ago). Property clean, entrance seamless and smooth.

Professionally run, knowledgeable staff
Any dealing I’ve had with Guardian has been friendly, professional and positive. Staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy. I’ve dealt mostly with Vicky from Fishkill on Rte 9, Scott and Chris K from Wappingers Rte 9 and Richard and Chris J from Rte 376 in East Fishkill (Wapp address). All of who are an asset to your business and I thank them for any help they have given me.

I would Highly recommend Guardian Self Storage in Walden, NY
Sharon was extremely professional, friendly and personable. I did not feel rushed as she processed my rental of a unit and was very thorough in explaining everything to me and answered any questions that I had. The office and grounds were immaculate. One of the reasons I chose this storage company because it looked safe, clean and well maintained.

Top notch experience
I had an excellent experience working with Guardian. Unlike many places, you can call Guardian and speak directly with the person running the facility. They provide an accurate, no pressure quotation. Once you decide on the space, they set everything up online and have your storage area, paperwork, and lock prepared on move in day. The facility is well gated, super organized, and clean. I have confidence that my items will be clean and safe.
