Love the G-Tech range ! Amazing products and services. My order was fulfilled and super next day delivery. Didn’t need to get in touch with customer service as my order was correct !

We've had both a Platinum vac and a garden strimmer. What strikes me is the cheapness of the materials used for what's a high price. The long handle looks solid in ads but you soon realise it's just hollow plastic covered by a cheap metal sheath which cracks with any serious vacuuming. The strimmer has cheap brittle plastic blades that break or fly off with the slightest resistance. Please don't buy even on special offer. These appliances are for show not for actual use. A bit like the company's puffed up marketing.

I have been using GTech for about 15 years now upgrading to platinum range.
I broke my handle and decided to upgrade as it was purchased in 2022 so just under 4 years old.
On arrival my new one (delivered in 2 days) wasn’t the new model I called the support line to see if I could return on doing the internet search discovered high street store had a special offer on. The support I got was 5 star, matched the high street offer organised the exchange to the new platinum model and said my broken handle was still under warranty and organised a replacement to be sent out.

Gtech Strimmer. Found it to be very dangerous. The blades fire off at such a speed if it touches a wall or fence. Gtech sent me new blades but nothing changed, they still come off at such a speed . I have used it a total of 6 times. Still waiting reply from gtech?

On my first use of the Gtech cordless grass trimmer, a simple lawn edge of c20m in total, no less than 4 blades broke off or wore to a stub. At that rate, it would cost me pounds in new blades, plus a lot of hassle, every time I did a simple job. I contacted Gtech who said I could return it but would need to pay a return fee. After a bit of arguing, I got them to waive this, and I returned it. It's not fit for purpose which is a shame, as my Gtech hedge-cutter is fine.

I bought a Gtech Platinum a few weeks ago and have spent over a week to and froing with them trying to arrange collection of the faulty appliance. Whilst using it ,on just three occasions, the securing clip slips out and the vacuum head continues on its own whilst I am left holding the handle. The detached, still running, head terrified my cat as it chased after her !
Various people in customer services answer my emails- eventually. They all apologise ask more questions including asking for my address which is clearly linked to the order number quoted. As yet no one has bothered to to arrange collection. Why is this so difficult, or is this just bad customer service? The Platinum was to replace a ten year old trusty K9 and I have other Gtech appliances but I am not convinced I will buy another one once this not fit for purpose appliance is finally collected.

I’m from the US and had never heard of Gtech before. I was looking for a great vacuum because I’ve had so many that work for a while and then give up or that never worked right to begin with. It shouldn’t be normal to have to replace a vacuum every single year. I’m so glad I stumbled on to Gtech when I was scouring Google looking for a solution.

The price point was pretty good I thought. Especially with their sale. I picked the air ram 3. The first thing I noticed was the parts you’re going to be messing with the most are made of metal instead of cheap plastic. The little rotating feet (similar to those on a robot vacuum) get into difficult places like under base boards and the corners of walls and such. And the dirt goes into the bottom of a vacuum (also like a robot vacuum) instead of through the stick and then to top it off it vibrates when all done to clean the filter and shake the dirt loose.

Customer service is unmatched. They were extremely courteous and very quick to get back to me.

Im just so happy with this experience. It finally feels that I’m going to have a vacuum that’s going to be able to work for a good long while and it cleans beautifully. I can’t wait to try the handheld vacuum.

They probably don't realise it but this company is leaking personal customer data to scammers. I know this because I ordered a gtech product for a relative around a month ago. So ordered in my name, with my payment details but with delivery to my relatives address. I also added my relatives telephone number in case of any delivery issues. This is the only order I have placed that includes this combination of my and their details. My relative has now started to receive scam calls, asking for me, from someone who reports to be from my credit card company! So the only conclusion I can reach is that gtech have been hacked or have staff leaking personal data to scammers. Needless to say my credit card has now been cancelled.

Made an online order. Email stated 7-10 workings days. Email order confirmation contained a "Track Order" link - did not work.
Customer service then said "Track Order" link does not work; order would be two weeks (at least) before delivery.

Very poor. Would not use Gtech again.

The AirRAM3 is amazing, moving from room to room, carpet to hard floor with ease. It picks up everything perfectly all over the house, the light is great for dark corners with the side brushes getting right up to skirting boards. Storing it is simple, sits on the charger taking up very little space, I keep mine in the hall and use it constantly, no more a chore, I love it, will never have a vacuum with a cable again, no cable means no more getting tangled in it and having to keep plugging it it in to cover all the rooms. The description on the Gtech website is exactly what this machine does and delivery was very fast as promised. I highly recommend this absolute gem.

Ordered a lawnmower on 24th April & paid £299.99. Told delivery would be 29th. No show, so rang on 1st May. Then told out of stock and should arrive on 18th May! Too late for me to cut our lawn so cancelled the order. Told money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days. Rang on 11th to ask where the money is. Then told by another operator that their policy is 7 to 14 days for refunds! So my money has been in their account for nearly a month, and I ve been given false information throughout the process. Very poor, and I won't be recommending to anyone.

I bought my Gtech a couple of months ago and wanted to wait to write this review I love my Gtech great value delivered on time,it is so easy to use cordless lightweight easy to empty and it picks up everything. So as not to run out of charge every time I have finished using the Gtech I plug it in so it is ready for the next time I use it.

I bought a small lawn mower cheap online. When it arrived there was no powerhandle in the box. Why would anyone sell an incomplete item. Well it turns out GTech would. That made it easy for me to complete the item which was now the same price they were selling the same item for.
I do have the GTechK9 which having arthritis is easier to use than the one's with the power supply in your hand. At least with this the weight is on the floor.

Contacted GTech on 18th April the day I received my order stating took until to get a reply..However they have now responded as below. To be fair its an Air Ram 2 Vac that I purchased - and to be honest I love the vacuum I have 2 Labradors and it vacs my carpet a treat - I love the easy empty container, the lights and maneuverabilty. In fact I cannot fault the vacuum. Now Customer Service have contacted me and were really helpful - so all good- Review edited 08/05/26

I’ve bought several things through GTech and the costumer service is wonderful. Any problems are sorted out with a phone call. Replace without any quibble parts that’s needed without cost. X

Ditch your Delivery company they are a let down to your needs.

I bought 2 GT50 edge strimmers. I am very disappointed with the performance. The plastic cutters wear out in minutes. I also bought an LHT hedge cutter. This performed better. Would have been an advantage if it could be uesd in long and short fashion but your tech dept said not possible. Wouls give the LHT 2.5 stars.

I have a 9 year-old ST20 grass trimmer (still working) but the battery failed recently. A new battery was £55 but a whole new GT4.0 trimmer had been reduced to £100. I went for the GT4.0.
On using the new trimmer, I found that the guard has been 'redesigned', is difficult to use & somewhat flimsy (keeps parting company with the trimmer), so I am now using the reliable old trimmer.
Wish I'd just purchased the battery!

Vacuum cleaner fine,Garden edger rubbish, will probably end up in the skip.Does not work on lawn edges butting up to hard surfaces.
