Bought my fourth GTech carpet sweeper last week. I’ve used them for many years but this time bought the premier version.
It picks up things I can’t even see on the carpet and I’m delighted with it.

I have emailed 2 more times still no response, I'm unable to call at the moment and have stated that in previous messages and still no response.

I ordered a new Gtech vacuum battery on 3 April. The email confirmation said it would be delivered by DPD the next day. I chased this up after a few days and was told the company had been very busy, it would be delivered by Royal Mail in 5-10 working days, and that it was taking longer because I had paid by Amazon Prime. No apology or indication of when it would arrive.
On 27 April there was still no sign of the battery so I phoned again and was told it had been lost by DPD. The warehouse hadn't received the order until 16 April, they said, but they gave no explanation. Still no apology or goodwill gesture - just an acknowledgement that it was 'unfortunate'.
I am very disappointed with this customer service and will certainly not be ordering any more products from this company.

Purchased strimmer arrived promptly but unfortunately was cutting out, phoned , spoke to a very helpful gentleman, couple of checks
Then arranged a replacement to sent arrived next day , and collected faulty one - excellent!
We have many gtech items and are all fantastic, when I needed some help it was above and beyond , and was sorted easily , stress free and painless

Having bought our first ever GTech product we have gone on to buy several more. Highly recommend the Hedge Trimers which are just perfect.

The vacuum cleaners are excellent. Over the years have had two hand held vacuums with the tools - one still going strong. And we now have four upright vacuum cleaners - including the latest one with the ‘up to the edge’ brushes. All of these cleaners are still working really well and the new, white cleaner is excellent. It has a bright light on the front, tiny brushes on the side which clean right up to the edge, After it finishes, it speaks to let you make that it’s leaning the filter. Easy to empty and charging is great as it sits n a tidy charging base so is read to use as needed.

Great Company - Excellent products and support, plus free delivery with a three year warranty. What more could one ask for.

After purchase of vacuum after vacuum - AT LAST one that does its job efficiently.... anyone who hates vacuuming (like I do), will empathise. It actually cleans the edges of things - you know, the edge of your kitchen floor where it meets the cupboards! No more bits for me to go round with some fitment or other. The maintenance is minimal. Emptying it is a dream. This vacuum gives me the clean home I want and time to enjoy the things I do. Well done Gtech. This is a real winner. (PS, love the loud noise it makes at end of vacuuming where it is doing some head-cleaning or stuff I don't understand but means I haven't got to do it).

Fantastic customer service……..I had an issue with my lawnmower battery and after contacting customer services ( Dan ) I was sent a replacement free of charge, even although I was slightly out of warranty. Great to speak to a real person who understands and resolves your issue without any fuss. Well done to Gtech customer services.

I paid 5.99 for next day delivery for a simple spare blade for my lawnmower. When i phoned them to confirm delivery the girl on the help desk simply said no, 3-5 working days. No apology given and I had to get stroppy to get my delivery costs back, and guess what? I have to wait 5 days to get that.....utter crap....

I called GTEC on Monday as I had somehow lost the "key" to my CLM50 cordless mower so obviously it wouldn't work. Customer services were fantastic. they had all my details to hand and sent me a new key completely free and it arrived by 09.20 the very next day. Absolutely first class service from a first class company.and I'm happily mowing again!!

Ordered one day and delivered the next. What’s not to love. Great hoover easy to use and not too loud.

Superb fast delivery and love the new design on the Air Ram works great no more dog hairs around and lovely smell

I’m afraid I went a bit mad and bought the whole range and I’ve not been disappointed. Great products, easy to use and fabulous batteries.

I have contacted GTech twice through their online support module and reached out on social media regarding a query related to the charging of the battery on my £600 mower. I have had no response. Very disappointing. I hope I don't have to follow another reviewer who has taken his mower to the tip. As per GTech request, the order number is 1002705768 from July 18th last year.

May 5th. That is one hell of an IT glitch, I still haven't had a response.
