Lightweight and easily manoeuvrable, the lawnmower I bought in November has now been used several times and I only wish I'd bought one years ago! I now have three Gtech products and am pleased with all of them. When I did have a problem with one item a while ago, I found their customer service department efficient and helpful, quickly remedying my issue and the product is still working well years later. Excellent products and service.

The off/on switch on my wife's HyLife 2 Sweeper started to stick intermittently and when mentioned whilst ordering some spare dust bags the complete head assembly was replaced under warranty.

Not only their products are excellent quality but they also have the best customer service I've ever received. Very happy to have purchased from them.

Absolutely fantastic range of products. So well made and reliable. Love my vacuum cleaner, mower and strimmer. In fact, so much that I bought the same for my two daughters.

GTech have been brilliant but DPD, the courier they used left my parcel half a mile from my property. I think that is criminal!

Finally got my mower i ordered 4 weeks ago and it was worth the wait mower is brilliant hits light to use it cuts like a dream getech well done on a good product I order the battry strimmer wat a good little thing that is to i ordered strimmer on a bank holiday Sunday and received on Tuesday so they can deliver on time will be looking at other getech products

Order 1002832817. Bought smallest battery lawnmower. It doesn’t cut my grass. I have e mailed company and said I want to return it and use as credit against dearer model. They haven’t responded. Not too impressed.

I had a Gtech K9 for a couple of years and unfortunately put it on a long pile rug and it broke the belt looked on Google and I could replace it BUT spoke to Gtech and looked on line no-one sells them !!!!!! Some second on eBay that's all

I tried to order an Air Ram 3 and my card was declined. I use this card for online purchases all the time. Plenty of money in the account. So I tried the pay using Amazon option. The money was taken from my account but the order was not processed. 3 hours on the phone today trying to sort it out, and now an email saying the order has not gone through but we will have to wait 30 days for a refund. We have a lawn mower and vacuums from GTech but I am never buying anything from them again. Processing payments is such a fundamental part of online business. If you can’t get that right, you don’t deserve to be in business.

I bought their battery strimmer. Underpowered, battery last 15 mins, sometimes the battery doesn't charge when you plug it in (have to unplug and then plug in again), takes 6 hours to charge, plastic blades are overpriced and don't last very long at all, more often they fly off as soon as they hit anything harder than grass (and why make them green?! If they are orange, you would have more chance of finding them in the [long -because you haven't been able to cut it] grass. Now seriously considering buying a £30 cheapy strimmer which would do a better job. It does have one thing going for it..... Oh, no. It doesn't. Sorry. Don't waste your money on this.

Excellent product very pleased with my purchase.

I had a self inflicted problem with a hedgetrimmer . After guiding me through possible remedies without cost it was apparent that I needed new blades having damaged the ones I had . I ordered around 3.00pm and had the replacement by mid am next day . First class service as always . I have a number of Gtech products and they are all excellent and service is always great .

It's been a while since purchasing anything from GTech but when I did, I received quality goods, delivered with care & an aftersales service that knocks many of the chart.

Contacted Gtech twice via its website regarding the battery for my lawnmower which has failed after about 19 months. Yet to hear, 2 months later. Feels like the portal is not monitored?
UPDATE customer service responded and issue resolved quickly and to complete satisfaction, thanks!

Ordered a new gtech hoover. Arrived first class next day. No issues. But sent back as don't like having to use battery. In case of fire ? Money refunded within 2 days. Good service.

I have found Gtech hedge trimmers amazing. I have a LHT50 and HT50. They both do a brilliant job. Customer service and delivery was excellent. Thank you very much Gtech.

I have always believed that cordless products are far too expensive, after all who wants to know how many dust particles your vacuum has picked up and of what size. Far too techie. If I am going to consider a cordless product, I look for one that has offers with it. I have purchased 2 GTech products which were on offer by GTech, cordless hedge trimmer came with free pruning tool and the Cordless Air Ram K9 was on offer, so purchased one. Really good product and can recommend both hedge trimmer and K9 vacuum. Only thing with K9 is that buttons for adjusting handle could be better marked, (white dot) for people with poor eye sight. Otherwise would recommend both.

I ordered a Lawn mower on the 4th May (when the weather was good). Was told it was out of stock, Still not got it by Wednesday last week so I cancelled it, (my daughter found someone to repair my old petrol mower).
I am still waiting for my £300 to go back into my account, was told by customer support it should be back in my account for next week. not best service and was looking forward to using my 'new' lawnmower throughout the summer.

My 83 year old step-father purchased a cordless lawnmower from G-Tech about a year ago. He absolutely loves it, finding it light and easy to maneouver, plus it does a great job of cutting the grass.
You can imagine his disappointment when about a month ago, it would die after about 30 seconds. The battery would not hold the charge and he couldn't cut his grass.
G-Tech advisors answered my call quickly and were incredibly helpful on the phone. After running us through some troubleshooting options on the phone, they decided to replace the mower, which arrived the next day!
I cannot express how impressed we both were by their helpful attitude and customer care.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in purchasing more GTech products.
