What a change and pleasure to deal with a company’s after sale service that oozes a service that goes that extra mile in customer satisfaction. They are a company that cares about their customers. Cannot recommend them too highly

Bought my 2nd K9 upright cordless vacuum and wasn’t too happy with a bit of a “ rattle “ that came from the machine. Contacted GTech, explained the problem ( very polite Email back from them ) and, guess what, the very next day a new head was on its way from them - no fuss or bother ! Absolutely great customer service - SO important these days !! Thank you GTech !! ( Great machine by the way ) !! 😊

My Orca floor cleaner stopped working and within a week of me contacting Daniel from customer services he sent me a replacement for the part that was not working and a new roller all free of charge.
I would certainly buy from this company again

We bought a pink Gtech AirRam and it had to be the worst hoover i have purchased. For the price, you don't get attachments, the small circular brushes at the front corners keep losing the brissels. The only good thing about the hoover is that it keeps a charge. Well, that's at the moment as im sure that will go as well.

DO NOT BUY. we have went back to shark

I am following up on my review placed a few days ago.
Managing Director Jothie Walford has recently replaced Nick Grey. Unfortunately she doesn’t seem to read reviews on her company or maybe she chooses not to get involved with her loyal customers.
At least you could acknowledge my problem especially as my appliance is still in warranty.
Is Ms Walford too busy to bother?

This saga has been going on for a while . I Finally Made contact with a very cheerful Mark at GTech C Service
He has been very helpful he asked relevant questions and decided I needed to try a new collecting box.
To my amazement it arrived the next day, I am pleased to say this seems to have solved the problem.
Pity not all the GTech customer service people are not as helpful and cheerful into the bargain. Thank you Mark you are star !

The battery (or charger) on my hedge trimmer failed to charge, despite only using it about 6 times since purchase.. was told that I can buy a new battery for £60, but I am not prepared to repeat the experience of a product that doesn't match up to its hype. It has been good, while it worked, but I am concerned about the robustness of GTech products, especially since I have had a couple of issues with Air Ram vacuum, and just waiting for the lawn mower to fail. Too expensive to stay with them.

This is a UK-based company that offers US versions of their products. I bought a vacuum on Amazon and two years later, my bunny chewed the cord on the charger. Because the power supply is has very specific specs, I contacted Gtech Home's customer service. Mason, the representative, was very responsive and helpful. I received replacement parts after providing proof of purchase. Gtech products are worth the investment!! The company makes sure of it.

This is our 3rd G-Tech vacuum cleaner.
It is excellent and came very quickly. Battery lasts for a good length of time.
Have just dealt with customer service on a previous purchase and they were excellent.

I ordered something on Sunday, it arrived Monday but I found I had ordered the wrong tube. I rang them yesterday , told them I had ordered the wrong tube, they sent me the correct one which arrived today Tuesday and collected the wrong one. Their customer service is brilliant. I cannot thank them enough

I have read your reply to,my latest message.i left a message for a call back. I am still waiting.i do not intend wasting my time ringing you to be fothed off by someone who is paid to make excuses on behalf of your company. I had nothing but major problems with this strimmer which is not as described and not fit for purpose under the consumer act 2015 as amended.before I take legal action in Stoke-on-Trent county court,I will you the opportunity to sort out this,in writing to Mr p serrell 149 Burton street leek St138da within the next 14days

Brilliant cutter. And easy to use.

I used the Gtec online Contact Us form to ask about a problem with one of their vacuum cleaners.
That was on 14 April 2026 and so far I have heard nothing.
Not impressed to say the least.

This was the result of an initial complaint but once that was looked at fully by Gtech the response was far beyond my expectations and the people involved were very fast in sorting it out and astounding in their help,

Does what it says but blades seem to break easily

Sent set of new wheels for my g tech sweeper very prompt service by the person I spoke to on the phone
